I am just wondering when the parking problem is going to be addressed. It is out of control and tonight especially cars are parked in resident spots that do not have a stickers. I pay rent and its ridiculous that we as residents cannot park near our building. There are way to many cars here in this community and it just proves that more people are living in these apartments that are not on the lease. As a resident that has lived here many years the office needs to take control and fix this problem ASAP!
Sincere thanks to Pedro, my a/c angel. On August 13th, he restored my central unit from overrunning and circulating almost warm air to one that is operating efficiently and blowing cool air. In the middle of the summer this is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Pedro.
This place that's why have too many problems, the only 3 persons who is good Pedro, Alexandra y Mohamed, after this trick people bad. Faster for put the fees and you. I be here 4 years, and they don't know anything about tenancy. At lease thank you Pedro, thank you Alexandra and thank you Mohamed, you guys make be here for the rest of my lease...

Question for our property manager—who is expected to manage our illegal parking problem? The office staff, the maintenance staff, the residents, or are we expecting the tow company to police the parking lot? It’s Saturday afternoon and just looking at the cars that have backed into their spots, there are 23 cars illegally parked in resident parking.
The dumpster is empty and I just saw someone take their trash and just leave it by the door and just walked away. Seriously!!!! How is maintenance to do repairs that the residents want if their constantly having to go behind and pick up after Everyone's trash...
The ground within the dumpster enclosure has become very slippery. I'm guessing during the week the area was buried in trash, either something leaked out or started to grow there. If the dumpster situation is resolved, would it be possible for maintenance to pressure wash the ground within the dumpster area before somebody slips and falls?...

Good Afternoon Residents,
We wanted to take a moment to first apologize for all of the inconvenience you are experiencing in our compactor area. Please know that we are working diligently to have the compactor up and running as soon as possible. We have placed an order for a temporary trash bin until the new compactor arrives. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and we will keep everyone updated as we receive more information.

Good Afternoon Conway Forest Residents,
I hope everyone is enjoying their week so far! I wanted to remind everyone of a few important rules and regulations here.
Residents always need to have a parking decal on their car. Any visitors must only park in visitors parking or you run the risk of being towed. Future Resident parking spots near the office are not for visitors. We want to make sure everyone has a place to park when they come home. If you notice any violations or on-going issues, please bring it to our attention so that we may address it....
