Thank You!

Feedback Praise for Conway Forest

My husband and I are long time residents of Conway Forest. Today reminded me why we have been here for so long. I put in a maintenance maintenance request and it was taken care of,or so I thought. When I returned home, I realized that my instructions were not clear. I needed for the part that was removed to be returned. I called the maintenance after hours number and received a call immediately from Claude. I explained to him what happened. He stated that he would be at our apt. in about 30 min. He not only came, but returned the piece that was taken the first time. It was totally my fault,...

Smoke Free Community Reminder

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Dear Residents,

In order to provide a clean and healthy environment for our residents, employees, and guests, we are a designated smoke free community. The smoke free policy covers all individual apartment homes, common areas, and outdoor areas. All residents, as well as their guests, all employees, and vendors are required to follow this policy. It has been recently brought to our attention that this policy is not being exercised by some residents and their guests while visiting the community.

We take great pride in providing you with a clean and safe environment....

Someone, a woman. Is sitting out on the table in front of my apartment right now smoking. I have my sliding down open and the smoke came right into my apartment. Obviously, she did not get this memo, or chooses to ignore it. It is 11pm. This is an ongoing problem. Hope it will be resolved.

I’ve noticed a problem here where people seem more comfortable complaining about an issue they are upset about rather than simply approaching someone and in a calm respectful manner requesting they stop whatever behavior they find offensive. This applies to everything. Why can’t we act like adults and communicate with each other? I’d be saying this in person but unfortunately it seems most residents are more comfortable complaining on a message board rather than calmly confront someone. It doesn’t have to be a big deal guys.

it's a big deal because he will don't follow the rules. Why would anyone have to confront another person? More than likely if they did, there would be trouble because they are already breaking the rules. That is called blatant disrespect.

Because *they don't*

Or it’s called being an adult with basic problem solving and communication skills. It doesn’t have to be a confrontation; it can simply be a conversation.

No kidding. However, the person on the other end, probably isn't going to react well. Not sure why you don't understand that.

Please be aware and mindful

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

Hey everyone, I'm a resident in building 11. We have had 3 sewage backups into our apartment in less than 4 days. Each time it's been determined that it's been caused by "flushable wipes". It's been a quite a large number of them. If you are using these wipes I urge and beg you to please reconsider either throwing them out or just not using them. It is quite an ordeal each time a backup happens. Thanks for reading and have a blessed day! My best, Marisa...

Good morning Marisa,

Thank you for your post! You are correct that wipes and similar items should not be flushed. We are also having an issue with one of the lift stations which we are working diligently with our vendors to have repaired as soon as possible. If you need anything in the meantime, let us know and we will be happy to help!

Have a great week!
