Good Afternoon Conway Forest Residents,

I hope that your day is going well. A quick reminder that your rent payment is due September 1, 2019. We realize that this is also the Labor Day weekend as well, so please make sure to plan all payments accordingly with the long weekend and holiday. Our offices will be closed on Monday, September 2, 2019 in honor of the Labor Day holiday. Rent will still be due based on your lease agreement and dates and payments will not be adjusted because of the weekend or holiday. Make sure to plan ahead to avoid any issues .

If anyone happens to get a small package (white bubble mailer) that was intended for another apartment, I beg you to please turn it into the office as early as possible. If the office is closed, feel free to leave it at my door - It is a very important package. Tracking said it was delivered in/at mailbox yesterday but it's not there or in the office...

Announcement for Conway Forest

Dear Residents Of Conway Forest,


Please be advised that a Hurricane Watch/Warning is in effect for Orange County, which includes our community. At the moment, Hurricane Dorian is projected to affect Orlando as early as Monday, and southern cities have already begun evacuating. A mandatory evacuation is not currently in place for Orlando. With that said, please follow government and official recommendations regarding evacuation and relocation to an area that will not be affected by the storm. Feedback Praise for Conway Forest

Hey everyone, I just wanted to make the suggestion to setup a rent autopay now as we have both Labor Day weekend and Hurricane Dorian. If you make payments online we may or may not have power/internet/cellular service on the first and rent is due regardless of these factors. Good luck and stay safe.

Hurricane Issues

Feedback Question for Conway Forest

Good morning neighbors, I would like to know your experiences in past hurricanes. Hurricane Irma passes here and although it did not touch us directly it was horrible. I've only been in FL for 4 years and I'm not used to hurricanes in this type of construction, I'm from PR and there the buildings are made of cement. Winds of up to 160 miles per hour are forecast and I am worried my apt does not hold them. I am trying to contact the office to answer my concerns and not respond. Thank you Have a Good Day...

Hi Dannia, these buildings seem old enough to have survived 2004 Charlie, Francis, and Jeanne. Our biggest concerns will likely be blown debris from porches and trees. I lost power at my house for over 3 weeks after Francis, so make sure all the clothes are washed. If we lose power our greatest danger will be neighbors using open flames to light or cook in their apartment. Nothing is ever for sure, but we are pretty far inland. Good luck and stay safe ☺️

Gym equipment

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

We have been residents of Conway Forest for over 3 years now and have, for the most part, taken advantage of the community gym. In the last few months the equipment has gone from sometimes working to now only having one functional cardio machine. For the last 2 years, we’ve given the benefit of the doubt since management continues to make changes to staffing but it just seems to get worse. In order to call the community gym an amenity, the equipment needs to be functional, otherwise it’s really just a really hot room (AC does not work) with non working, very aged, appliances.. both thredmill dnt work no more, the Gym has no A.c you know it's hard to breath inside if there is no air circulation inside of the gym, management is just relaying in the website Problem issues, did you have ever to check around the buildings?

Extra dumpsters REALLY helped !

Thank you for providing the two extra dumpsters this past week as options for all the overflowing trash here! The trash in the main dumpster area the past few months has been awful and so we have been unable to access the dumpster itself! Did you see how fast the two extra dumpsters filled up? But you emptied them today, just before they were over- flowing and they were starting to smell! I hope these are not just a test or a temporary solution, we NEED extra dumpsters distributed in various areas all around the complex and we need them ALL the time with this many residents living here; and...
