Last days with Mckinley

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

So this is our family’s last week at Conway Forest. The Police, ATF, and SWAT arrested our neighbor while my kids and mom were coming home to help pack. The AC has been out for weeks now. The freezer handle has been broken and reported months ago. Washer was screwed by a maintenance employee. The management was fired and going through a change of staff. Car was towed and was not released to me same day. When the kids bathroom was painted the entire bedroom was completely covered in that paint for the tub. We are still together. Ac is out again

Dirty Pool

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

The pool has been really dirty and is progressively getting worse. Aside from the debris in the water, the water is also very cloudy and looking green.

Inconsiderate Smokers

From my understanding, this is a smoke free community. Unfortunately, an inconsiderate, disrespectful junkie is smoking marijuana in building 4 (2544) AGAIN. Haven't had this issue for weeks until tonight. They are smoking inside of their apartment because it is seeping through the vents and into my unit. This MUST be rectified ASAP!...

I moved in on July 16, the same day the air wasn’t working. After 6 constant days of complaining three of those days I personally went and spoke with office staff to emailing the office manager, calling everyday constantly, putting in maintenance request about the same issues and seemingly as no one was concerned until six days later after I finally got to speak with someone in the office and threatened to call higher management someone was sent within the next couple hours. Tino fix the oven that wasn’t working, the blinds leading to the patio was broken, washer knob was broke, shower knob...

Announcement for Conway Forest

Good afternoon valued residents of Conway Forest Apartments,

I hope you all are having a great day! We are going to have emergency repairs in our community tomorrow (July 24th, 2019), that will require all water to be shut off approximately from 9 AM to 5 PM.
