Inconsiderate Smokers

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

From my understanding, this is a smoke free community. Unfortunately, an inconsiderate, disrespectful junkie is smoking marijuana in building 4 (2544) AGAIN. Haven't had this issue for weeks until tonight. They are smoking inside of their apartment because it is seeping through the vents and into my unit. This MUST be rectified ASAP!...

I moved in on July 16, the same day the air wasn’t working. After 6 constant days of complaining three of those days I personally went and spoke with office staff to emailing the office manager, calling everyday constantly, putting in maintenance request about the same issues and seemingly as no one was concerned until six days later after I finally got to speak with someone in the office and threatened to call higher management someone was sent within the next couple hours. Tino fix the oven that wasn’t working, the blinds leading to the patio was broken, washer knob was broke, shower knob...

Good afternoon valued residents of Conway Forest Apartments,

I hope you all are having a great day! We are going to have emergency repairs in our community tomorrow (July 24th, 2019), that will require all water to be shut off approximately from 9 AM to 5 PM.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we work towards the completion of repairs involving the flow of water in our community.

I put in a maintenance request last Sunday or Monday. I did not hear back from anybody. I just tried to enter request again, under maintenance, but recieve an error message that I'm not authorized to enter (?). The weather stripping at the bottom of my balcony privacy screens all need replacing. I believe this is how flying pests, dirt and debris are entering my apartment. PLEASE CALL AFTER 10 am, WITH 15 MIN NOTICE, when maintenance is on the way up. Thank you kindly!!...
