As other people has posted, why is it that we continue to have parking issues? As residents, we were required to obtain parking permits. So why is NON RESIDENTS taking up resident parking spaces, leaving us to park far away, EVERYDAY?? Why is it so congested when these are 1 & 2 bedroom apartments?? Too many people "residing here" that are not on the lease, I suppose; hence, the same cars in visitor parking for as long as I've lived here, over a year. This must be corrected ASAP as it is unfair to the residents, who actually signed a lease with Conway Forest. In reference...

In order to provide a clean and healthy environment for our residents, guests, and employees, we are a designated smoke free community. The smoke free policy in your lease covers all individual apartments, common areas, and outdoor areas including your patio. All residents, as well as their guests, are required to follow this policy at all times. It has been recently brought to our attention that this policy is not being exercised by some residents.
We take great pride in providing you with a clean and safe environment. Multifamily buildings share air ducts...
I would like to give a positive feedback about the job did today by Mohamed and Pedro, the maintenance guys of Conway Forest, they did a great job on my apartment and they are so attentive. Thank you very much!
I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Mohammed for coming by and detecting the issue. He did an amazing job in finding a solution to the problem and has done a great job of keeping me well informed of the progress. He took his time and was so professional and courteous. This community should be grateful to have him.. Thank you!!!!!!
Why is it that on any given day or night I repeatedly have to park buildings away from mine? If we have parking permits why are those who dont have permits not being towed? I am really tired of coming home and counting 4 or more cars that do not have permits as I walk past buildings to get to my home!!

Recycling saves energy, reduces deforestation, minimizes greenhouse gas emissions from landfills, and encourages the production of more energy efficient products. Everyone can participate in the available programs at the household and community level. Even something as simple as using recycling containers to sort your waste makes a difference!
