Hi Debbie, I apologize for this inconvenience. The faucet has been ordered but it seems it was in back order through our supplier, however It has been advised to us that it should arrive by this Friday afternoon. Our number one priority is to make sure your faucet is installed and working properly and we can guarantee it will be completed once it is received at our office. Water Bill

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

The 1st water bill I received from "YES ENERGY MANAGMENT" (YES) was approximately $5 more than any like bill paid over the past 12 months and included an unknown nominal fee of .53 cents for electric. 2nd bill received was missing the garbage fee. Once this fee was added in, bill was approximately $3 more than any like bill over the past 12 months. 3rd bill from YES, received on 1/24/12, is ridiculous! It is approximately $8 more than any like bill paid over past 12 months. What gives? Could the running water I hear in my bathroom wall, which sounds like a leak within the plumbing...

Thank you so much for contacting us in this matter. We are working diligently with Yes Energy to provide our residents with the most accurate information about the water bill. One of the reasons the water bill was less for the last billing cycle is that the trash charge was not included on the bill, this month should be reflecting, however I will be looking at your past water bills and comparing them to make sure you are not being charged improperly. I will work on this personally and will contact you as soon as I have the information for you about your bill. We look forward to answering any concerns or questions you may have. Feedback Praise for Conway Forest

I really have to give praise to Brent and all the others in our office. You are truly a wonderful team! The property looks amazing..so much praise to our Maintenance crew. I have lived in so many apartments before and I have never seen a group that truly cares about their resedents and the community. THANKS GUYS! Brent please continue to look over our property. I am sure our new Manager will be great but you really made so many positive improvements that I hope everything will continue. To Simone...WELCOME ABOARD!!!

Screaming Kids

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

Its almost 10 at night and there are screaming kids on the top floor on the patio in building 8. This is unacceptable. I dont know what the Community rules are about this kind of thing but its very annoying and as a resident i shouldnt have to put up with this kind of problem.

I heard the crying too and was really surprised/concerned because it seemed out of the ordinary. I am new to the community and had just bragged to family members about how nice the kids were that I had met so far. I am hoping the kids are ok and that this is a one time incident.

Shawn's Back!

Feedback Praise for Conway Forest

I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to hear Shawn (female) answering the Conway Forest phone lines again. She has been working at another McKinley property for several months. Shawn is the "best" when it comes to responding to residents' issuess, comments, requests, etc. If she's that pleasant with current residents, I can only imagine how positive she is with potential residents. I once praised her for always hearing the smile in her voice. Welcome back, Shawn! Sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong...

***Cold Weather is Here***

Good Afternoon, I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday and is ready to bring in the New Year! It has been quite chilly outside and we wanted to let you know about a common issue with your heater. It is common to have a distinct odor come from the heater on first use after not using the heating elements over a period of time. This smell will go away in a matter of minutes after use and commonly cause the smoke detector to go off initially. Please let us know if you have any other problems with this.
