PATIO RAIN

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

Im having a dirt problem. A bunch of dirt keeps coming into the patio everytime it rains i lived on the first floor and got a tree next to me and everytime it rains more n more dirt gets in to the patio and its full of dirt n thick from so much dirt pilling up, maybe you guys can blow- it out(blower) cause its soo thick with dirt and add some type of trail where the water can run to instead of my patio. thanks an if it can be done ASAP thanks.

I have a problem with balcony rain. When the rain flows in a certain direction, it floods my 2nd floor apartment balcony carpet. I also have trouble with water coming in on the 3rd floor and then leaking through the cracks down on to my balcony. Maintenance has tried to resolve the 3rd floor leaking issue, but as of yet, we haven't had a good rain to tell if the "fix" has resolved this issue.

I don't mind some rain coming in. I do mind my balcony carpet being flooded and having to set out multiple pots and pans and shower curtains on the carpet to catch water coming down from 3rd floor every time it rains. It takes a week or better for the carpet to dry out if I'm not home to set up these preventative measures. I've been dealing with this for the 1+ year I have been here.

However, with the exception of the balcony/rain issue, I truly love my apartment!

lights!!!

building 12(conway forest) keeps having the lights off in the whole entire building from time to time at night which is very dangerous!!!! thats probably how they stoled my friends motorcycle(twice).

Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. Maintenance tested the lights in the building and they all are currently working. I have contacted a vendor to search the electric source to find out if there is an intermittent problem. Again, thank you for the feedback and the opportunity to resolve this issue.

Patio flooding, Paint Chipping, dirt coming onto patio constantly

I've complained about the patio of my unit before. I called today and spoke with Tabitha, and she said she would send someone out. No-one came out. I complained about trash being left outside my patio screen, and the hole in my screen. I have complained about the palmetto bug infestation inside my unit and on my patio. I come home to 3-4 palmetto bugs inside my unit after every work trip i take, and have to kill another 2-3 on my patio. Maintenance has painted my patio blue again, and because of the flooding the paint keeps chipping, and looks horrible. I can guarantee you would not rent...

I am so sorry to hear that you have had a problem with your patio. I would be happy to look in to this and see what options we have to improve the look of your outside space. We will have pest control treat your apartment on Tuesday and we will repair your screen today. I will ask the facilities director to come out to evaluate and assess what can be done to minimize the water on your patio. Superb Customer Service In A Timely Manner

I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Dave (Maintenance Supervisor) and his team for ALWAYS providing superb customer service to us residents. Every single time I do a maintenance request they have come to my apartment in a timely manner and take care of the issue right away. Not to mention they also keep the outside of the property looking good. I can tell that every single one of them take pride in what they do and it shows throughout the community. Great job guys and keep it up.

Thank you so much for cleaning the front stairwells in Building #6. They look fantastic! Thank you also for the fresh coat of paint to the hallways and out our front door walkways. I believe residents feel prouder of where they live when entrances and common areas are kept tidy on a consistant basis. I do have one question. Any plans to pressure clean the sidewalks? We have black/green mold, mildew,or both, on either side of front entrance to building #6, which becomes slick when wet. I'm not too steady on my feet, so it would be nice if we could get this gunk cleaned up and I, and/or...

Thank you so much for recognizing the hard work the guys put in. It’s our job to maintain the property each and every day but it is especially nice when you notice.
