Thanks to new Maintenance Staff, Mario & Josh

Feedback Praise for Conway Forest

Have met our two new maintenance staff members, Mario and Josh. Both are polite, professional and work orders have been completed to my satisfaction. I made a request starting with Community Manager Brent, then with Mike and now to Marilyn: we do not wear shoes in my apartment and I request that maintenance either remove shoes or wear booties when entering my apartment. Additionally, entering my apartment is only permitted when I am at home, unless it is an emergency. I have an alarm system and would rather be at home when staff members wish to enter my apartment, Thank you, kindly!

Respectfully,
Marilyn Nieves

Handicap Parking Spots

Feedback Idea for Conway Forest

I posses a valid handicap permit. I finally broke down, after dealing with this for 3 years, and reported to the office that I was having problems with vehicles, without handicap permits, parking in the one handicap spot in front of Building #5 (I'm in Building #6), on my side of the parking lot. There are three handicap spots on the opposite side of the parking lot! It was suggested that I take down the illegally parked cars' tag numbers, etc., and report them to the office. I live here. I don't work here. It's difficult for me to get out on my bad days to go down and get...

Good evening Debbie,

I want to thank you for taking the time to post your idea regarding the Handicap Parking spots.

I have discussed your idea with our office team and believe that we will begin the discussion with our futrure residents during the leasing process about blocking or parking in the Handicap Parking spots without the appropriate permit. This short process should assist greatly with clarifing Handicap parking with our residents.

Thanks again Debbie, have a great night!
Mike

I've also had the space blocked by a few delivery people, taxis or someone sitting idle as if they are waiting to pick up someone. It doesn't happen that often but on the days that it did happen, those were some of my rough days and I needed that close space more than ever. I agree that we live here and want it to be a peaceful existence so I also resist writing down tag numbers of the cars who are parked there. I am hopeful that the verbal reinforcement from the office during the move in will help eliminate some of these awkward situations.

Buisness Protocol

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

I was in the office around 9:15am with a suggestion today. There was nobody at the front desk. There was a lady on the phone in the left, back office, so she couldn't help me. There were two people in the right, back office talking. I believe it was Michelle and Ian, but can't say for sure. The woman said "hi" and that was it. No, "we'll be right with you" or "we just need a minute to finish up". So I stood their just for a couple minutes, totally ignored and finally left when I could see they weren't in any hurry to see what I needed...

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback today.

It was a pleasure speaking with you this afternoon and to be able to discuss your morning visit to the office. As we discussed, our goal is to provide exceptional customer service for everyone that walks through our office doors and I apologize that we were not able to provide this to you today.

Thank you Debbie for your continuous care and concern for our Community and I hope to see you soon.

Have a Great Night!
Mike
