Have met our two new maintenance staff members, Mario and Josh. Both are polite, professional and work orders have been completed to my satisfaction. I made a request starting with Community Manager Brent, then with Mike and now to Marilyn: we do not wear shoes in my apartment and I request that maintenance either remove shoes or wear booties when entering my apartment. Additionally, entering my apartment is only permitted when I am at home, unless it is an emergency. I have an alarm system and would rather be at home when staff members wish to enter my apartment, Thank you, kindly!

I posses a valid handicap permit. I finally broke down, after dealing with this for 3 years, and reported to the office that I was having problems with vehicles, without handicap permits, parking in the one handicap spot in front of Building #5 (I'm in Building #6), on my side of the parking lot. There are three handicap spots on the opposite side of the parking lot! It was suggested that I take down the illegally parked cars' tag numbers, etc., and report them to the office. I live here. I don't work here. It's difficult for me to get out on my bad days to go down and get...
I was in the office around 9:15am with a suggestion today. There was nobody at the front desk. There was a lady on the phone in the left, back office, so she couldn't help me. There were two people in the right, back office talking. I believe it was Michelle and Ian, but can't say for sure. The woman said "hi" and that was it. No, "we'll be right with you" or "we just need a minute to finish up". So I stood their just for a couple minutes, totally ignored and finally left when I could see they weren't in any hurry to see what I needed...
