Please plan accordingly if you plan to make a payment in the Leasing Office as it must be received by 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2nd . * Please do not slide rent payments under the doors to the leasing office after-hours. Missing package

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

I had my package delivered straight to my apartment door. I had gotten a notification from Amazon that my package arrived. Amazon also takes a photo and provides it to their customers as proof that their products arrived. If you took that package, please return it! It is a federal crime to take someone else’s mail. I am dealing with my farher’s cancer threathment at the moment and would like to have my item returned by the end of this week. I will not ask any question if you do return it at my door step. You know exactly where to return it, since my address is clearly printed on the package...

I've had several packages stolen from my front door last week. Its extremely sad how this community is turning out. Never had problems before

Package

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

I placed an order and PAID for priority shipping. I received notification that the package was delivered. When I went to collect the package there was green piece of paper in my mailbox that said Vacant that packages can not be delivered ??? My lease is not up until July 28th so if I can please can some clarity as to why this was placed in my mailbox? And also where my package is ?

Stolen Package

I just wanted the residents of Conway Forest to be aware that someone is going around stealing packages. I had something delivered to my apartment yesterday and it was taken. So sad that someone felt the need to steal something that wasn't theirs...

Trash

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

The trash has gotten out of control again. Why is the community allowing this? I’ve been to other apartment complex’s and they do not have this problem. What I saw this morning is unacceptable, especially for the amount of rent that is being charged to live here. I have lived here almost 5 years and for the past 2 years every-time I bring up the concern with trash I hear we are aware and are working on it. Nothing has been done in 2 years other than build that cover up to hide the trash problem. This is unacceptable and needs to be resolved ASAP.

Good mornig Katie, I am sorry you are having to deal with this issue. Unfortunately, our compactor broke yesterday so trash could not be placed in the compactor. Our maintenance team is already working with the trash company this morning so the compactor can be repaired as soon as possible. Once the compactor is working, the team will ensure the trash in the dumpster area is immediately cleaned up. - Sincerely, Lauren

Fernando responded to our after-hours maintenance call regarding our A/C. He called back within a few minutes of our initial phone call, and then arrived promptly. The issue with the A/C was addressed and corrected quickly and efficiently. Thanks Fernando!

Darkness in the parking

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

The light in the parking lot in front of building 3 is fused. The parking lot is super dark at night and more without this light. In addition in front of the stairs of my apt(310) a week ago they left thrown the decorative wood that they use for the green areas, I thought they were going to pick it up but it has been a week and it starts spreading all over the sidewalk. Is appreciated take action. Thanks . Good Day

Before writing here, talk to two different maintenance people telling them about the lighting situation in my area. Seeing that nothing was done, I write here. They did not do anything either. More than 3 days ago I went directly to the office and still nothing. What are you supposed to do to work on my complaint? Every night when getting out of my car I have to use the light of my cell phone to see where I am going, at that level there is darkness in the parking lot.
