Extra dumpsters REALLY helped !

Feedback Praise for Conway Forest

Thank you for providing the two extra dumpsters this past week as options for all the overflowing trash here! The trash in the main dumpster area the past few months has been awful and so we have been unable to access the dumpster itself! Did you see how fast the two extra dumpsters filled up? But you emptied them today, just before they were over- flowing and they were starting to smell! I hope these are not just a test or a temporary solution, we NEED extra dumpsters distributed in various areas all around the complex and we need them ALL the time with this many residents living here; and...

Parking

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

I am just wondering when the parking problem is going to be addressed. It is out of control and tonight especially cars are parked in resident spots that do not have a stickers. I pay rent and its ridiculous that we as residents cannot park near our building. There are way to many cars here in this community and it just proves that more people are living in these apartments that are not on the lease. As a resident that has lived here many years the office needs to take control and fix this problem ASAP!

Parking question

Feedback Question for Conway Forest

Question for our property manager—who is expected to manage our illegal parking problem? The office staff, the maintenance staff, the residents, or are we expecting the tow company to police the parking lot? It’s Saturday afternoon and just looking at the cars that have backed into their spots, there are 23 cars illegally parked in resident parking.

Right, there are cars without guest placards parked everywhere and people inviting their friends over to perform automotive work in the parkinglot, which is against the lease agreement.

I was wondering the same thing. Any time I’ve seen a tow truck they just speed through the community. I have not once seen anyone get out and look at the cars that should be towed away. What’s the point of the towing service if they don’t get out and tow the cars that should not be here. I can never park near my building when I come home from work.

Dumpster

The dumpster is empty and I just saw someone take their trash and just leave it by the door and just walked away. Seriously!!!! How is maintenance to do repairs that the residents want if their constantly having to go behind and pick up after Everyone's trash...
