I hope you all had a great weekend! Beginning on Wednesday, October 16th, our office will be open an extended hour until 7PM and we will begin closing on Saturdays. The new office hours are as follows:

NEW HOURS:

Monday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Completely disappointed

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

It's been over a week since we've been asking to solve the problem with our stove. We almost had a fire going on, and my husband's face almost burned until the stove stopped working completely. Now I would like to know how much money we have to spendto buying Fast food and how much longer we have to wait for you guys, solve this problem. We have a little kid who needs to eat home cooked food but the comfort being of the residents is not a priority for Mckinley. This is simply a shame!...

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

Whats up with our parking lots?I saw like 3 cars with 2 or more flat tires sitting for days.I had to go to the store last night and couldnt find a parking spot.I had to park like 2 buildings away .When I walked by my parking spot there was 3 cars parked there with no parking stickers.I have lived here 8 years and sad to say Conway Forrest has really went down hill.Its like every month we have a new manager.whats up with that?Im saving my money first chance I get we are moving out

I just went to the store.If you look at the parking by the post box there is a car with 2 flats and a motorcycle parked in front of it Would you plaese just walk out the office and see it for yourselves.you would have to be blind not to see it.If you go down a little farther there is a BMW with a flat.I paid 1150 dollars to live here and we shouldnt have to tell you how to do your job there is also a car parked in front of my building for 2 weeks without a sticker.

Thank you Whitney for adressing the problem.We moved here 8 years ago and fell in love with Conway.These new people that have been moving in are making the community look bad

@Gail: I, too, pay full price in rent and am in agreeance with you. Though I haven't lived here for 8 yrs, in the 1.5 years that I've been here so much has changed. I'm seeing more and more negatives (ghetto, lazy, section 8 junkies to be exact). Loud music, smoking weed everyday and fighting-- such as tonight. I'm counting the months to be out of here, as it seems the community would much rather accept someone living off the government opposed to a quiet, professional family wanting to come home in peace.

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

Why is the towing not happening? I have posted on here for the past few months and still there is no resolution. I talked to Gabby a few weeks ago and was told towing would resume within a week of our conversation. Parking is still a MAJOR ISSUE that is not being resolved. I have seen the same cars for the past month or more parked in front of the building I live in with no resident sticker on the car. I am forced to park really far away from my building and I pay rent to live here. Since Maura left the office problems in this community have gotten worse. We are told one thing and it's...

I to have to park faraway and at night getting irritated by this three cars parked in front of my apt and no stickers...one guy has three cars and lives buildings down parked cars there and never move..should have assigned parking or row away vehicles pay alot of money to have to walk quarter mile home late at night ...assigned parking would be nice how many people live in a building not on lease..office is not moving on this issue maybe because they dont have to deal with it not one spot available near my place at night but there is 20 handicapped spots wide open maybe too many of those

Reminder that rent payments are due at the beginning of each month and not able to honor rent payment extensions. Rent payments are due as discussed in the terms of your lease agreement.

PayLease, has multiple ways for you to make your payments. Here are the different ways you can now pay your rent.

Checking/ACH: Option is free and can be utilized by setting up your checking and routing number.

Good Morning Johnathan,

Thank you for reaching out to us!  The treadmills are in the works to be repaired shortly.  We are having to add a new electrical power source to the fitness center before we can move forward with repairing the machines as our vendor believes this was the original cause of the malfunction.  Please know, they will be fixed very soon!

Lights out

Feedback Problem for Conway Forest

Lights have been out for over a week. Can someone please replace the light bulbs that are currently out. There is a main light post on the corner of Apt 507. Also on the side of building 4 facing parking lot near apartment 412. It is very dark and not safe. Thanks
