I hope your week is going well and you enjoyed the holiday weekend! I wanted to take a moment to send a reminder rent is due on Saturday, June 1st. Please plan accordingly if you plan to make a payment in the Leasing Office as it must be received by 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 31st. *Please do not slide rent payments under the doors to the leasing office after-hours. We are not responsible for lost payments submitted this way.*
We offer many payment options to make it as convenient as possible! You can pay online at my.mckinley.com and select from the Checking/ACH, debit card, or credit card option. We also have a CashPay option! Details for each payment method are below.
Checking/ACH: You can set up a payment to come directly from your checking account. You just need your account and routing number! There is no convenience fee for this option.
Pay by Debit or Credit Card: You can make an online payment with your debit card. There is a processing fee is $4.95. You can also make a payment with a credit card. The processing fee for credit card payments is 2.85% of the total amount being paid.
Pay by CashPay: With CashPay, you can visit a number of local locations, including Amscot, Ace Cash Express, or Walmart, to made a payment with cash or your debit card! If you would like to use the CashPay option for the first time, please contact the leasing office so we can give you your personal CashPay account number. The processing fee is $3.95.
Payments in Leasing Office: Money orders, personal checks, and cashier's checks can be dropped off at the Leasing Office during business hours. *Please note, if your payment is made after the second day of the month, we can no longer accept personal checks. We can only accept certified funds (money order or cashier's check) after the second day of the month.
