Buenas Noches.... en oportunidades una senora de la torre siguiente ha tocado mi puerta para exigirme bajar el volumen de mi television cuando son las 3pm y en la otra oportunidades no pasan las 8pm, se que la norma es que despues de las 10 pm se debe bajar el volumen de musica y en caso de tener una reunion... me molesta porque llega de forma grosera y violenta.... yo tengo dos hijos un bebe de 8meses de edad y la nina de 4 anos se asusto toda por los gritos de esta mujer! los vecinos que estan justo a mi lado ninguno ha presentado ninguna queja, y mucho menos los que estan arriba de mi apto...

Since I moved in in October my ac has not worked properly. It works for 2 days then it blows hot air, the repair guys come and add Freon, then in 2 days it goes out again. This process has been on going since then. Instead of fixing what is obviously a leak somewhere they are content with just adding Freon. To add a cherry on top I get a letter from the front office ( coconut palms ) instructing is tenants of the importance of Having the ac turned on.and to let them know if we are experiencing these issues. Is there a corporate number I can call?
PlEASE would you reinforce the idea of noise consideration within the facilities. In an apartment Saturday night a group of people played music, talked and sang loudly ALL NIGHT until around 6:30 the following morning. Last night, outside the same apartment a man and woman (especially the woman) talked very loudly around 2:15 am. She obviously is totally oblivious to those around her...and it is becoming VERY annoying!!! Just a gentle reminder that there are other people living around them who may have to work or are just trying to sleep, and that some consideration would be nice.

This is a friendly reminder, that Florida is a humid state, and even if the temperature outside feels cooler, the air conditioner within your home must remain in use at all times to help with the circulation of air and to reduce naturally occurring moisture build-up.

In order to provide a clean and healthier environment for our residents, employees, and guests, we are a designated smoke free community. The smoke free policy covers all individual apartments, common areas, and outdoor areas. All residents, as well as their guests, all employees, and vendors are required to follow this policy. It has been recently brought to our attention that this policy is not being exercised by some residents and their guests while visiting the community.
