You guys charge a crazy amount of rent and everything always has a issues! Washer and Dryer always are mess up! And im not calling the company thats not my job , my job is to report it to you guys and you guys informed , the Laundry Room next to the back pool the dryer on the lower middle is not working !!! Its the same thing week after week every time I have to wash clothes! Thats at least $6 wasted! Here goes another 0 on recommendation on the survey.

I wanted to reach out to our residents in building 3342, due to a maintenance emergency the water had to be shut off. We are awaiting our plumber and are estimating the water to be shut off for the next hour or so. We are working thoroughly to make sure this repair takes place as quickly as possible and we truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Happy Thursday! I wanted to inform our residents both of our fountains will be shut off today in preparation of maintenance servicing scheduled for tomorrow. Once our monthly maintanence have been completed we will have our beautiful fountains back up and running.
I hope this email finds you well and everyone is having a great week so far! We will be having our annual fire extinguisher inspection throughout this week. A technician from our maintenance team will be a part of this inspection so our residents do not need to be in their homes during this time. There is a homeless guy that has been sleeping at the back pool. Parents with young children please be careful when sending your children out to take out the trash, do laundry or to check the mail. I literally had words with him this morning for trying to talk to my daughter this morning. We were coming from the mail room and she was walking a little bit ahead of me, he didn't see me. This guy literally sleeps there with his belongings and gets up as washes off IN THE POOL...

Happy Monday! I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend, I wanted to let our residents in building 3352 know the water has been shut off due to a maintenance emergency. We anticipate the water being shut off for the next 25 Minutes.

There should be cameras placed in the laundry room because twice someone removed my clothes from the dryer and used up the time or either there is a broken dryer. Too much money paid for rent for things to be this way. As much as we pay washer/dryer should be included
