Dear Bellagio Residents,
As a reminder, we are wanting to ensure all of are residents have the current decal on their vehicle. Our current decal has the years 2019-2020 listed on them. If you currently have the orange decals with only 4 numbers listed or do not have a decal on your vehicle please stop by our office with your vehicle registration, insurance card and old decal to obtain the new one.
Included is a picture of what your decal should look like. If you do not have this decal please come by our office no later than December 27th to pick one up.

Why is it that we have 1 working laundry room on this entire property? You said there was a technician coming like 3 or 4 days ago to fix them all? Yet we have NO communication from the office on this? Cant call the office cause the phone is NEVER answered. I peraonally have stood outside of the office and watched the staff not doing anything and still not answer the phone. Something needs to change here and my next email amd phone call will be to the corporate office.

We are cleaning and sealing all pavers in the front pool area by our leasing office tomorrow Friday December 13th and need to have this area closed. We are anticipating reopening our pool at 10am on Saturday. We apologize in advance for any inconvienience this may cause.

Smoking: We are a non smoking property and smoking on property is strictly prohibited in all buildings and common areas, public and private spaces including, but not limited to, apartment units, building hallways, laundry rooms, storage areas, vestibule, offices, parking lots, drives, sidewalks and yard areas. Good afternoon Bellagio Residents,
I hope everyone had a great weekend and are having a great start to your week!
We have temporarily closed all laundry rooms due to a maintenance repair. We truly apologize for any inconvienience this may cause. We do have one Laundry opened and working in 3350. However there is a technician on his way to work and inspect all laundry centers.
We will provide an update once all facilities are back up and running. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact our office at 407-382-2683.

Enserio!!! Cada vez que vengo a este laundry es perder el tiempo no veo la hora de irme de aquí!!!! no se que es peor! Lo que más me duele es que le estoy regalando el dinero a la compañía McKinley porque aquí nada sirve decepción con estos apartamentos

Hace poco más de un mes (10/9) en este mismo espacio deje saber que el 3344 2nd piso necesita un lavado porque el piso está verde y hasta ahora nada se ha hecho. No se ve tan verde porque no ha llovido, pero necesita limpieza urgente al igual que la escaleras y habían quedado en hacer la limpieza. Por favor, hagan lo propio porque es desagradable abrir la puerta y ver el piso y baranda verde todo el tiempo. También las personas que dejan basura afuera y de una manera u otra papeles terminan en mi puerta termino limpiando mi espacio con la basura de otros.
