Laundry 3350 A is clossed!!!

Good afternoon Bellagio Residents,

I hope everyone had a great week!

We have temporarily closed laundry room by 3350 A due to a maintenance matter. We truly apologize for any inconvienience this may cause. We do have three additional luandry facilities on site one by our leasing office and one located by the back pool near building 3322.

We will provide an update once this facility is back up and running. If you have any questions or concersn please do not hesitate to contact our office at 407-382-2683.

Good afternoon Bellagio residents! I hope everyone is having a great week!

A reminder we wanted to cover as we have noticed an escalated amount of incidents.

Pet Policy: Make sure that all furry family members are always on a leash and that we are picking up their pet waste each day. It is important that we are disposing of pet waste at one our pet waste stations located around property. We make sure each day that the waste stations are stocked daily. If you see a pet owner that fails to clean up after their pet, please keep us informed so we can address with the resident....

Toilet clogged

Feedback Problem for Bellagio

I am going on my third week with the same issue and nobody has help me I have walked in I have called people have said they would come and check it out and nothing has happen. I call emergency maintenance last night and he said he will come back in the morning and nothing!!!! I have water coming out of me my toilet now I cant use my toilet. This is getting ridiculous I’m not getting nothing resolved I have children and I have a toilet water spewing out of my bathroom. My sink is clogged my tub is clogged nobody has given me answers of where the leak was coming from that was coming out of my...

Repairs in Building 3322

Good afternoon Bellagio Residents,

First, I want to thank all of our residents for your continued patience as we complete the repairs in your building. We will be placing a large dumpsters for our contractors to utilize for the next 3 days. We will have a few parking spaces blocked off in order to facilitate and expedite the readiness of these two apartment homes. This will allow our contractors to not only work more effectively but also timely. We anticipate the repairs being completed within the next few weeks and we are truly very thankful to everyone affected by these repairs...

A/C problem

Today I called the office to get service on the A/C unit which for the longest hasn't been working proper. The maintenance person that came Shawn told me what I already knew that my A/C unit was frozen.He said he would be back in 3hrs to check it out, I asked him to bring me an air filter since I change it monthly & soon will need one, Well when he came back to my unit he told me the A/C unit was find it was just the filter. I told him no it isn't blowing cold air, He had a smirk on his face and said to oh did you go to A/C school to become a tech. I found that to be very rude...

Yes I saw your missed called,Also heard your voice mail to call back before you left at 5pm.No email was provided however I think my message was self explanatory. Oh just to add my A/C isn't working frozen all night luckily the weather was some what on my side. It just tickles me that he as he stated is the A/C tech not me and only replaced the filter that was replaced in the beginning of the month. But all is good.

Trash Compactor!

Dear Residents,

We want to first thank all of our residents who contribute and play their part in maintaining our property clean and clutter free by properly disposing of trash bags and large items.

Unfortunately, we have noticed an increased amount of trash bags being left outside the compactor, being disposed in our laundry facilities or in our doggy stations. This is not only unsightly, it is a health hazard as well and we take our residents safety extremely serious.

As a reminder this behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated,...

Is this issue been happening a while, was about time to have hidden cameras installed around the compactor so management were able to see who’s the resident doing it wrong. Another trash compactor should be placed on the other side of the community. Personally when I go to dump my garbage its always full and disgusting, so many apartments for just one compactor

Seria tambien que pusieran otro contenedor para que no haiga tanta basura la otra ves fui y me tuve q traer la basura para atras estaba llena de cajas y otras cosas deberian un cajon para cosas q los residentes no usen como sillones o otros articulos tirarlos ahi pq por uno pagamos todos
