Feedback Problem for Bellagio

Es claro que el complejo tiene muchos problemas pero quiero comenzar por la administración y sus prioridades. El apartamento en el que vivo tiene problemas de liqueos, humedad, cucarachas y hongo. El techo de el baño se a roto por el mismo y a pasado 1 mes sin arreglar, causando un ambiente de enfermedad. E tenido que incurrir en gasto extra debido a el mismo. Es inaudito que en 1 mes no lo corrigieran.

The only parking in the area available and the resident take 2 parking White Nissan Tag JTAM83 bulding 3328 front of apt 2 ! People should consider!

I have voiced the same concerns and the office does not care. They NEVER answer the phone and the DEFINITELY have an attitude when you finally have to go to the office. Im mot really all that surprised cause the few times ive tried to call corporate to complain THEY DONT ANSWER EITHER! They will send lil msgs here to save face but thats it. They claim to care and want to follow up but they dont give a damn.

I remember once I called more then 10 time , I walked to the office stand outside called and theres was nobody , and the girl that was there didn't even bother to pick up the phone , i walked in and I said " I been calling since this afternoon" and she told me in my face " Im sorry we been so busy attending other Residents", Since that day I don't expect much...

So every time I call they never answer No communication at all !! It's really frustrating dealing with this people they don't do the work when it's asked horrible service I pay my rent and these people cannot even do their jobs they open just now at 10 a.m. I call him the answer and they hang up and then they don't answer when I call him six times and when I go down there they have attitude this is ridiculous...

Feedback Problem for Bellagio

So i submitted two requests for service in my. Apartment today and receieved the emails that both requests were received but just now upon checking them in my service requests they have mysteriously disappeared. I tried to call the office to get ahold of someone but just like any other time i have called the office no one ever answers the phone. This is extremely frustrating. The lack of. Communication from the office on just about anything is extremely frustrating.

Laundry 3350 A is clossed!!!

Good afternoon Bellagio Residents,

I hope everyone had a great week!

We have temporarily closed laundry room by 3350 A due to a maintenance matter. We truly apologize for any inconvienience this may cause. We do have three additional luandry facilities on site one by our leasing office and one located by the back pool near building 3322.

We will provide an update once this facility is back up and running. If you have any questions or concersn please do not hesitate to contact our office at 407-382-2683.

A reminder we wanted to cover as we have noticed an escalated amount of incidents.

Pet Policy: Make sure that all furry family members are always on a leash and that we are picking up their pet waste each day. It is important that we are disposing of pet waste at one our pet waste stations located around property. We make sure each day that the waste stations are stocked daily. If you see a pet owner that fails to clean up after their pet, please keep us informed so we can address with the resident....
