Hola cómo están? Quería saber cuando tienen programado pintar el baño de mi apartamento (losas y bañera). Pregunto porque cuando se hizo la renovación del contrato convenimos con la antigua administración que en los próximos meses nos agendarían para poder hacerle la renovación al baño y ya han pasado varios meses y aún seguimos con la bañera desconchada, manchada, en muy mal estado igual que las losas sin incluir el techo que ya bastante que solo he reportado. Quisiera una pronta respuesta ya que tengo esperanzas de recibir el Año Nuevo con el baño en decente condiciones y no cómo está...

Hola buenas tardes queria saber cuando es que habren pq muchas personas de aqui necesitamos ya lleva mas de 1 mes cerrado y queria saber algunas personaas se le hace dificil llegar hasta los otros laundry el cual tienen q esperar o a veces estan llenos o dejan las lavadoras y secadoraas de ropa

Ya que estamos trabajando para que la lavanderia la terminen en estos dias sabemos que puede ser un poco frustrante y lamentamos mucho la inconveniencia que esto les a causado por lo tanto queremos resolver esto lo antes posible. I hope everyone is having a great start of the week!!! This message is a courtesy reminder to please not feed stray dogs, cats or wild animals! These animals are a nuisance to your neighbors and are very likely not vaccinated against rabies — they are a danger to you and your pets! Please help us by immediately reporting stray dogs, feral cats, and unusual wildlife behavior, by calling Animal Control, please report any persons seen feeding them by calling the Office at 407-382-2683.

If you are going to direct this to a specific building, you know who is doing this. I hope you have also directly contacted them. I've already once involved the office & animal control and I've seen nothing change.

What´s happen with laundry of buildings 3344/3342? long time not working. every month we paid our rent, this rent should be use for maintenance of all buildings and areas around this complex, What is it happen? why are you so inefficient with this problem?

Unprofessional and Upset

It's been a month since I reported about my air condition not working after letting me know that it was the motor they told me that they ordered it and it was going to take maybe at least a week. Last week I got a called to let maintenance in at my apartment the 9th of October. I miss work that day for them to fix my air condition and they never show up or at least get a called that they couldn't show up. It’s so sad to know you are given a 3 day notice on your door super quick , while tenets are her with a roach infested apartment, pealing tubs, moles rugs, messed up stoves. And I have to keep putting in the orders. I will not blame I.T all on the maintenance guys but something it’s definitely wrong with this picture. You guys raise rent ever 6 months but nothing is being updated we have to fight to get something changed here, replaced or fixed. I have a kid and myself that suffers from allergies and the mold in this rug is making it so much worst for us both. i need someone to address these...
