I hope everyone had a great weekend and are having a great start to your week!
We have temporarily closed all laundry rooms due to a maintenance repair. We truly apologize for any inconvienience this may cause. We do have one Laundry opened and working in 3350. However there is a technician on his way to work and inspect all laundry centers.

In efforts to continue our parking improvements we are wanting to ensure all of are residents have the current decal on their vehicle. Our current decal has the years 2019-2020 listed on them. If you currently have the orange decals with only 4 numbers listed or do not have a decal on your vehicle please stop by our office with your vehicle registration and insurance card to obtain a new decal.

We Want to first thank all the residents who contribute and play their part in maintaining our property clean and clutter free by properly disposing of trash bags and large items.
Unfortunately, our Maintenances guys have noticed an increased amount of trash bags being left out on the breezeways. We wanted to remind our residents there is a charge of $25 for the first trash bag and $50 for each bags thereafter that our techs have to remove from your breezeways, patio entry, not properly disposed of at the dumpster or simply left on our grounds area.
I hope everyone is having a great week thus far! We wanted to take a moment and inform our residents due to maintenance service being completely in both pools we will have to close them through Thursday.
We apologize in advance for any inconvinience this may cause and assure you we will be working thoroughly to have them back opened as soon as possible.
