My ceiling looks disgusting.

Feedback Problem for Bella Vita

I have asked nicely many times for my ceiling to be fixed/painted. The few times the apartment upstairs has leaked down to my apartment, it has made bubbles in the paint and left a horrendous yellow stain. Feedback Problem for Bella Vita

If you walk in front of my apartment in building 4636, you will see that a sprinkler/irrigation pipe has been leaking water to the point where the sidewalk has become slippery. This has been happening for around a month a half. I told the incompetent workers about this, who by the way, are here every week to do maintenance and walk over it completely ignoring the issue. This is unacceptable.

I was wondering what was the point of getting the stickers for the cars if everyday theres no parking . almost none of the cars that are parked have the sticker and are not even from Fl . Or from what I have seen people from the other side of the complex even park in this area This a current issue that I think affects the people that live here . There should be assigned parkings .

I apologize for the delayed response. According to our records, we received your payment on October 1st and you do not have an outstanding balance. To my understanding, it does take a few days for the payment to clear your bank account if you paid with your checking account information. Pool and Grill

Feedback Problem for Bella Vita

I am trying to go the pool and make a bbq in the grill and it's impossible because with no reason you have blocked the grill with a stainless steel chain and it's not allowing to anyone to open it up and make a bbq grill. Can you guys explain to me or to everybody what's going on with that? this is the worst complex I have ever been in my whole life...

Good Morning Jorge,

I am sorry that you feel that way.  If you are referring to the propane gas grill; we had to lock it due to residents putting charcoal in the grill and using it in a way that it is not made for.  Additionally, putting charcoal in the propane gas grill ruined the components and we have two new grills we are pending delivery for.  As soon as we have the grills; we will install them.  We apologize for the inconvenience and I hope you have a nice week!

The way you guys fixed the lat pull down machine at the gym is unacceptable!! You attached the bar using only zip ties. That is very unsafe. I hope the management replace that thing because its been broken for how many months now. It can cause injuries and it limits us from fully enjoying the amenities this community offers.

Thank you for reaching out regarding this issue.  I have brought the issue to the attention of Manny, our maintenance supervior, and he is going over to remove the zip tie and put an out of order sign on the machine.  We do have a new machine en route; as it was ordered last month.  We have a call in to the fitness equipment company for an updated arrival date.  The hurricane did put some of the larger deliveries behind.  I will keep you updated once I have a new arrival date for you.  Thank you again for your feedback and I hope you have a great week!
