I hope you guys can replace the equipment at the gym so we can use it. It’s old and broken all the time. It gets fixed one day and broken again the next day.

control de plagas

hace una semana limpiaron los apartamentos de arriba y se han proliferado las cucarachas y chiripas en mi apartamento (1402), les hago la acotacion ya que hace varios meses que no hacen control de plaga en el mismo y creo que ya es necesario, a pesar de que gasto mucho dinero tratando de controlar las plagas siempre las tengo ahi presentes , una vez nos notificaron que iban a desocupar todos los apartamentos y que debiamos salir cuando fueran a fumigar en todo el edificio pero eso nunca paso por lo menos en el mio no fue asi

buenas tardes de la orden hecha hace un par de semanas quedo pendiente un liqueo que esta por debajo del sink del master bath y no ha sido corregido asi como la inspeccion para la remodelacion del mismo de igual manera tambien tengo problema con la manilla de la nevera la cual hace un tiempo atras fue reparada por el personal de mantenimiento sin embargo hoy nuevamente se ha roto y debe ser reemplazada lo ante posible ... muchas gracias por su atencion jose Guedez 4077321402

Your rent will be the full amount online, but Bella Vita has the expectation that you are psychic and know not to pay that amount. You are expected to know you won’t get a late fee and that you’ll be told what to pay OR (this was my favorite option) you can do the math yourself and pay that amount (but also still know that you won’t be penalized for not paying the full amount). Also they will do a “preinspection” on your apartment without notice (well paper notice on my door even though I’m not living there, but they call and email for just about everything else- yay ice cream!) and they will...

No entiendo porque me cobraron 100 de cargo si me dijeron que tenia hasta el 3er dia para pagar, estoy llamando a la oficina pero no caen las llamadas, leo en los comentarios de que a otra persona le paso lo mismo.

Hola Ramon,

De acuerdo al contrato de alquiler, el segundo dia del mes es el ultimo dia que puede pagar sin penalidas. El tercer dia se cobra la primera penalidad de $100.

Overcharged for electricity AGAIN

I have my electricity with OUC and somehow Bella Vita is trying to charge me for another electricity with the same amount that I’m paying to OUC, went to talk with front desk again (because this happened already before and that’s why I switched to OUC personally) and according to them I’m being charge for an old bill which makes no sense since I’ve been paying monthly a electricity and never got charged for a late fee because I ALWAYS pay on time.
