Effective immediately, we will no longer be accepting rent and/or other monies in our drop box located outside of the leasing office. The drop box is only to be used for notices, signed documents, and after-hours key sets and/or fitness center fob returns. With the new PayLease payment system in place, there are many 24-hour payment options available including a new cash payment option! Can we please have an updated sealcoating schedule? The paper said yesterday 9/25 but nothing happened. So far nothing today? No new papers and no new announcements here, no emails, nobody seems to know. Also, the paper has all building numbers listed as 3 digit numbers but we are 5537, i don’t even see that on the list. It says 550-562, 564-574, etc. Please clarify, this is very confusing.
I paid the October rent on time, as usual. The balance on the McKinley portal is $0. I received today (9/19/2018) an email from NWP showing that I need to pay rent for October. Can someone have a look at this and tell me what is going on? Thank you.

Due to the rainfall last night, the parking lot was too saturated to begin the sealcoating in section 2 today. We intend to pick back up on Wednesday, September 19th, as long as the weather permits. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience.

Tienen una semana tratando de resolver un problema con un bote de agua. el día de hoy 09/14/2018 hice una llamada a las 12 del mediodía a la administradora para informarles que encontré el bote de agua y enviaron a las personas de mantenimiento a las 4pm y a las 5pm me dicen que el problema es el aire acondicionado y que ellos lo van a arreglar el lunes 09/17/2018 y que no puedo usar el aire acondicionado hasta esa fecha porque la contratista lo puede resolver es el viernes. Es imposible estar en el apartamento con un ventilador (fan) y la temperatura en mi apartamento supera los 85 Fahrenheit

Phase 2 Sealcoating is scheduled for Monday, September 17, 2018 and Tuesday, September 18, 2018 . It is imperative that you relocate your vehicle(s) to another location no later than 7am the morning of the scheduled date. Should you fail to do so, Priority One Towing will relocate your vehicle to another location on the property at your expense-minimum $45 charge. Sealcoating for Section 1 has been completed. They will be returning tomorrow, September 14th to re-stripe the parking spaces. We ask that you refrain from walking and driving on that section of the parking lot to allow for the sealcoat to dry. Section 2 is scheduled, weather permitting, for Monday, September 17th.
