This is to inform you that construction has begun in front of the Coconut Palms Leasing Office. The temporary entrance is located through the fitness center. The construction should be completed today, weather permitting. We will update you if any changes occur and confirm its completion. Please I need another apartament, because since I moved the one have manu many many problems, I reported since de first day, but they fix after 1 month only 2 trings, and the anothers ones still broken . They put at the website is complete but is not complete. I also need the mail key. Because I have not one since I moved. you are not respect the people, I paid for one apartment clean, fixed, and with everything works. But you gave me a dirty apartamento, everything's broken in and a many, many, many, cocharatcha...

Good Afternoon Residents,
We have been notified that the power to buildings 5533 and 5535 is not functioning fully which is affecting the air conditioning and stoves. An electrician has inspected the breaker panels and meter banks and found that they are operable. Orlando Utility Company has been contacted and will be taking over the repair. OUC has scheduled the repair for Friday, September 15th but unfortunately could not give a specific time.
