We hope everyone is having a great Monday. In observance of Memorial Day the office hours at Coconut Palms will change next week. Please ensure that if you need to retrieve a package, you do so before 6:00pm on Friday, May 24th.
The schedule is as follows:
Friday, May 24: 10:00am-6:00pm
Saturday, May 25: CLOSED
Sunday, May 26: CLOSED
Monday, May 27: CLOSED
Tuesday, May 28: 10:00am-6:00pm

Someone has a private club at their apartment, very loud music with explicit content very late at night, same time every Single time. I just had a Baby and the little bit of time I can have to sleep its disturbed by that music. You guys have received complaints before about the same issue and you guys do nothing. Where are the rules and consideration towards others??? Plus theres a Group of guys smoking weed every night. Very disappointed

We hope everyone is having a wonderful week! We wanted to share with everyone that our pressure washing and gutter cleaning is set to begin tomorrow morning and through next week Wednesday, April 17th. Apt #3 in building 5531 are always playing explicit music out at the balcony late at night with few people coming in and out having a Party outside smoking and drinking. Not considering that there's people who has to wake up at 3am to go to work and Kids that has to go to school. This place are packed of ghetto people and management never does anything, no rules NOTHING. Cant wait for my lease to be over, worst place I have ever lived, lots of roaches and ghetto people...
We noticed that our carpet by our dresser in our master bedroom was damp then we moved the dresser and it is wet all behind it and there is also black mold.Our dresser is on the wall by the bathroom so something must be leaking behind the wall.My dresser is ruined and I can't afford another one.My daughter has been sick alot lately and I am hoping its not because of this .Please come and fix as soon as possible!!...

As a reminder, your rent payment will be due on Friday, February 01, 2019. The leasing office will be closed this Saturday February 02, 2019 so please plan accordingly if you will be paying your rent in the form of a check, cashier’s check, or money order. Please be mindful that the drop box cannot be used to submit your rent payment. Any payments dropped in the drop box will be considered late and will be returned to you the following business day .
