Just a quick reminder about parking:
All parking spaces are available on a first come first served basis. No vehicle may be driven or parked on the sidewalk or grass. No commercial vehicles may be parked at the property at any time. Dear Residents Of 5501 & 5503 Buildings,
Our Pest Control company will be conducting our quarterly pest inspection and treatment on Wednesday March 7, 2018 between 9:00am and 5:00pm in your home. This is just a friendly reminder that the Fire Extinguisher Inspections are scheduled for tomorrow, March 1, 2018. Please be sure to remove your fire extinguisher and place it outside of your apartment by the front door no later than 8:00 am. If the extinguisher is not outside the door our technician will enter the apartment to service the extinguisher.

The annual inspections of our Backflows are now due. We have scheduled the inspection with Systems Group for this upcoming Monday, February 26, 2018 . Water may be shut off temporarily throughout the day , typically lasting about an hour. They are expecting to arrive by 9am and have the inspections completed by 5pm.
