We appreciate your patience through the recent storm damage and continued property clean up. We will be opening our leasing offices tomorrow. Please know we will have limited team members and services to provide, but will be doing our best to address each of your concerns in order of severity.

We have been advised that the community is without electricity and have contacted OUC in regards to this. They are aware of the outages in the area and are currently assessing the concerns. They are currently working to get the electricity back up and running as soon as possible.

We are thankful today hearing that our teams and residents are safe. The information that we have available so far is that your homes have only sustained minor to moderate damages. We do not have a full assessment yet as we cannot access every community. At this time, all of Florida is under a hurricane watch. Our community offices are currently closed through Monday and we will not be reopening until conditions are safe to do so.

Please be advised that a Hurricane Watch/Warning is in effect for Orange County, which includes this apartment community. At the moment, Hurricane Irma is projected to affect Orlando as early as Sunday, and southern cities have already begun evacuating. A mandatory evacuation is not currently in place for Orlando.
