As a reminder, we will be opening the leasing office this morning at 11am. We will remain open until our normal closing time of 6pm.
As always, our on-call maintenance technician will be available should any emergencies arise while the office is closed. To reach our emergency maintenance team, please call the office phone number and follow the prompts to leave a message for the on-call technician.

Thank you to all the residents that participated in our door decorating contest! We had great participation and the staff here at Coconut Palms and Bella Casa really do appreciate it! Everyone did a wonderful job and the creativity was out of this world.

Don't forget about Coconut Palms and Bella Casa's Door Decorating Contest! Please have your doors decorated by 9am tomorrow morning so that our staff can judge the doors and pick the winner. A prize will be given out for both Coconut Palms and Bella Casa.
Also, stop by the office between 10am and 3pm and show our staff your creative costumes for candy and treats!

Good Afternoon Valued Residents,
Effective immediately, we will no longer be accepting rent and/or other monies in our drop box located outside of the leasing office. The drop box is only to be used for notices, signed documents, and after-hours key sets and/or fitness center fob returns. With the new PayLease payment system in place, there are many 24-hour payment options available including a new cash payment option! As always, you can continue to pay your rent in the leasing office via check or money order during our normal office hours of Monday – Friday, 10AM – 6PM. Please...

Due to the rainfall last night, the parking lot was too saturated to begin the sealcoating in section 2 today. We intend to pick back up on Wednesday, September 19th, as long as the weather permits. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience.

Phase 2 Sealcoating is scheduled for Monday, September 17, 2018 and Tuesday, September 18, 2018 . It is imperative that you relocate your vehicle(s) to another location no later than 7am the morning of the scheduled date. Should you fail to do so, Priority One Towing will relocate your vehicle to another location on the property at your expense-minimum $45 charge.
