Announcement for Multiple Communities

Good afternoon residents,

I hope you all are having a fantastic week so far!  

As a reminder, your rent payment will be due on Friday, February 01, 2019. The leasing office will be closed this Saturday February 02, 2019 so please plan accordingly if you will be paying your rent in the form of a check, cashier’s check, or money order. Please be mindful that the drop box cannot be used to submit your rent payment. Any payments dropped in the drop box will be considered late and will be returned to you the following business day. The great news is that we offer different payment methods such as paying online through your My.McKinley.com Portal or through Cash Pay which gives you the accessibility to pay your rent at any participating location such as a Walmart, Amscot, Ace Cash, and several other locations. You are welcome to choose any of these methods for your convenience.

We encourage our residents to take advantage of our online payment option through My.Mckinley.com as it is the fastest and easiest method to pay rent, submit work order requests, and stay connected with our community. If you have not set up your online account, please contact the office today! To pay rent at a participating Cash Pay location you will need to retrieve your Cash Pay ID number from the leasing office if you have not already, so please contact us today!

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We allow an additional courtesy period until midnight on the 2nd of each month to make your payment without any penalties. Any payment received after midnight on the 2nd are considered late and will be subject to a $100 late charge. Once your rent payment is late, we no longer accept personal checks in the office. If you plan to make your rent payment after the 2nd of the month, please ensure you make your payment with certified funds (cashier’s check or money order), through your online My.McKinley portal, or you can utilize one of the many CASHPAY locations. Additionally, any payments received after midnight on the 9th of the month will be subject to an additional $50 late charge. 

You must communicate with the leasing office immediately if you are unable to pay your rent by the 2nd of the month. In order to grant a rent payment extension, a written agreement must be signed and approved by management.

Como recordatorio, el pago de su alquiler se vencerá el viernes 1 de febrero de 2019. La oficina de arrendamiento estara cerrado el sabado y el domingo. Por favor planifique en consecuencia el método de pago si pagaran en forma de cheque personal, money order, cashier’s check. Por favor tome en cuenta que el drop box no se puede usar para entregar su pago. Pagos entregados en el drop box se considerarian atrasado y se le devuelvera el proximo dia laborable. Pero la buena noticia es que hay otras formas de pagar su renta como online por My.Mckinley.com y por Cash Pay. Cash pay te la acesibilidad para pagar en localisaciones participantes como Walmart, Amscot, Ace Cash juntos a otros locales. Usted puede usar cualquier de estos metodos para su convenienzia.

 El alquiler vence el 1 de cada mes. Permitimos un período de cortesía adicional hasta la medianoche del 2 de cada mes para realizar su pago sin penalización alguna. Cualquier pago recibido después de la medianoche del día 2 se considerará atrasado y estará sujeto a un recargo de $ 100. Una vez que su pago de renta se retrasa, ya no aceptamos cheques personales en la oficina. I can’t believe that I am reading this reminder about the payment. I am still waiting to read something from the management about the resent car burglary in the property. A lot of policy reminders, now we can’t smoke not even in the parking. I am guessing that it is a private property right? So! Why this private parking where you can’t smoke doesn’t have a private gate access? why I am reading a reminder about the rent due but when you ask if the kitchen counter tops can be painted you get a NO because they look just ok? 7 years as a resident and everything gets renewed and painted outside but the heart of the unit “which is the inside” still old. In my unit you can’t fine 1 roach because we keep it clean all the time but that doesn’t mean that the unit don’t need updated appliances. Well, let me stop and keep watching TV now.
