Announcement for Multiple Communities

 

 

Good Afternoon Coconut Palms and Bella Casa Residents,

It has been brought to our attention that there are resident's stowing personal belongings and/or refuse either on the patio/balconies or in front of the entry door. Please be advised that balconies/patios are not to be used as a storage area. Only a reasonable amount of patio furniture and plants are permitted in the patio or balcony. No gas or charcoal grills are permitted on balconies, patios and common areas or inside the apartments. There are designated picnic areas that provide a grill for your personal use. Trash is to be disposed of inside the dumpster and cannot be left in front of the entry door, patios/balconies or breezeways. Please refer to the Resident Handbook for the information detailed above. Buenas Tardes Residentes de Coconut Palms y Bella Casa,

Se nos ha informado que hay objetos personales que se guardan y/o se niegan en el patio/balcón o frente a la puerta de entrada. Tenga en cuenta que los balcones/patios no se deben usar como área de almacenamiento. Solo se permite una cantidad razonable de muebles de patio y plantas en el patio o balcón. No se permiten parrillas de gas o carbón en balcones, patios y áreas comunes o dentro de los apartamentos. Hay áreas de picnic designadas que proporcionan una parrilla para su uso personal. La basura debe desecharse dentro del contenedor y no puede dejarse en frente de la puerta de entrada, patios/balcones o pasillos.
