Terrace used as Dumpster

Feedback Problem for Bella Casa

I came out from my apartment at Bella Casa today Feb 9th in the morning and I've found bags of trash inside my terrace. This was done intentionally and I don't know why and who did it. I would like that doesn't happen again, this is disrespectful and goes against the minimum rules of coexistence...

Hi Carolina,

I am very sorry that you A/C is down.  I have contacted the technician and he is on property and will be visiting your home shortly.   

In the future, please call the office number at 407-293-6940 and follow the prompts for maintenance emergency.  We do not want residents waiting for hours with a properly functioning A/C before they notify us that they have a problem.

I have also reached out to the technician and he will be inspecting your A/C today.

Feedback Problem for Bella Casa

The maintenance came to fix a dripping faucet and decided it couldn't be fixed so he replaced my nice real metal faucet with a plastic one.You cannot drink from these types of faucets because they are made with carcinogens which are not safe.Now my kids will have to brush their teeth in the kitchen.For the rent we pay can we at least have a real faucet and not a toy one...

Loud music and laughter late at night

It's not the first time, that I am complaining about the neighbors below us, as I said before , I am not sure if they are using this place as an Airbnb or something, it's 10:30pm my daughter is sick and trying to sleep, but this loud noises makes it very difficult. I will have to start calling the police if you guys dont do something about it. Please this is supposed to be a family place, quiet. Since they moved about 2 months ago it's been happening often...

We will be serving the building with a notice regarding smoking of any kind in the interim. Please be aware that Laura our property manager, has been in communication with the residents in question. The air condition control unit/thermostat is not working properly... I spoke with Walter this afternoon when he was doing maintenance work in the apartment and he said the control unit needed to be replaced. Unit 5517 #4. Thank you

Annoying Late Loud Music

Someone has a private club at their apartment, very loud music with explicit content very late at night, same time every Single time. I just had a Baby and the little bit of time I can have to sleep its disturbed by that music. You guys have received complaints before about the same issue and you guys do nothing. Where are the rules and consideration towards others??? Plus theres a Group of guys smoking weed every night. Very disappointed

Loud Music late at night

Apt #3 in building 5531 are always playing explicit music out at the balcony late at night with few people coming in and out having a Party outside smoking and drinking. Not considering that there's people who has to wake up at 3am to go to work and Kids that has to go to school. This place are packed of ghetto people and management never does anything, no rules NOTHING. Cant wait for my lease to be over, worst place I have ever lived, lots of roaches and ghetto people...

We noticed that our carpet by our dresser in our master bedroom was damp then we moved the dresser and it is wet all behind it and there is also black mold.Our dresser is on the wall by the bathroom so something must be leaking behind the wall.My dresser is ruined and I can't afford another one.My daughter has been sick alot lately and I am hoping its not because of this .Please come and fix as soon as possible!!...
