The leasing office will be closed this Saturday February 02, 2019 so please plan accordingly if you will be paying your rent in the form of a check, cashier’s check, or money order. In order to provide a clean and healthier environment for our residents, employees, and guests, we are a designated smoke free community. The smoke free policy covers all individual apartments, common areas, and outdoor areas. All residents, as well as their guests, all employees, and vendors are required to follow this policy. I have received a 3 day notice and while reviewing my online statement, it is incorrect. I have paid the court Nov, Dec and Jan rent that was owed and would like my statement to be adjusted. As the new year is approaching, I wanted to take the time out to advise our residents of our office hours for the coming week. Monday, 12/31/18, our Coconut Palms office will be open from 10am-3pm. Bella Casa office will be open from 1pm-3pm. Both of the offices will be closed 1/1/19 and will resume normal office hours on 1/2/19. Normal office hours are listed; 10am-6pm for Coconut Palms and 1pm to 5pm for Bella Casa.

Happy Holidays Residents!
I hope everyone enjoyed their week and is prepared for the weekend! I wanted to inform our residents of our office hours during our holiday season. Both Coconut Palms and Bella Casa office will be closed Monday, December 24th and Tuesday, December 25th. Coconut Palms office will resume normal business hours on December 26th at 10:00 am and Bella Casa is set to resume December 26th at 1:00 pm.
Everyone will want to be sure to stop by the office by 6pm today to pick up any packages you might need for the holidays.
