Loud Music late at night

Feedback Problem for Bella Casa

Apt #3 in building 5531 are always playing explicit music out at the balcony late at night with few people coming in and out having a Party outside smoking and drinking. Not considering that there's people who has to wake up at 3am to go to work and Kids that has to go to school. This place are packed of ghetto people and management never does anything, no rules NOTHING. Cant wait for my lease to be over, worst place I have ever lived, lots of roaches and ghetto people...

We noticed that our carpet by our dresser in our master bedroom was damp then we moved the dresser and it is wet all behind it and there is also black mold.Our dresser is on the wall by the bathroom so something must be leaking behind the wall.My dresser is ruined and I can't afford another one.My daughter has been sick alot lately and I am hoping its not because of this .Please come and fix as soon as possible!!...

As a reminder, your rent payment will be due on Friday, February 01, 2019. The leasing office will be closed this Saturday February 02, 2019 so please plan accordingly if you will be paying your rent in the form of a check, cashier’s check, or money order. Please be mindful that the drop box cannot be used to submit your rent payment. Any payments dropped in the drop box will be considered late and will be returned to you the following business day . I can’t believe that I am reading this reminder about the payment. I am still waiting to read something from the management about the resent car burglary in the property. A lot of policy reminders, now we can’t smoke not even in the parking. I am guessing that it is a private property right? So! Why this private parking where you can’t smoke doesn’t have a private gate access? why I am reading a reminder about the rent due but when you ask if the kitchen counter tops can be painted you get a NO because they look just ok? 7 years as a resident and everything gets renewed and painted outside but the heart of the unit “which is the inside” still old. In my unit you can’t fine 1 roach because we keep it clean all the time but that doesn’t mean that the unit don’t need updated appliances. Well, let me stop and keep watching TV now. Thanks for reading this too.

As the new year is approaching, I wanted to take the time out to advise our residents of our office hours for the coming week. Monday, 12/31/18, our Coconut Palms office will be open from 10am-3pm. Bella Casa office will be open from 1pm-3pm. Both of the offices will be closed 1/1/19 and will resume normal office hours on 1/2/19. Normal office hours are listed; 10am-6pm for Coconut Palms and 1pm to 5pm for Bella Casa.
