Is there any way to get rid of bugs and lizards trying to enter your home? These critters drive me nuts and I am always paranoid about them coming inside. I guess I should realize that this is sunny Florida. Help!!!!

I called into the office to let you know my maintenance request had not been completed and you assured me that the email was sent by mistake and my work order had not been closed out. I am not sure what platform to use to submit a request for deep cleaning the carpets (over 15 years - probably should be replaced). An email was sent, however, no response yet. Seems im not the only one on here complaning about work order. This isn't fair. God forbid we late on rent, we get penalized but what about the other way around? Why am i always paying on time when im still waiting on a work order going on 3 (THREE) weeks!? I stopped by then called back days later. Im done calling. A friend, suggested to hire a handyman and send the bill to them, im seriously considering it. Also whats with the hours? God forbid you can get your order the following week if you haven't made home before office closes for the weekend. I am at times finding myself...

I have submitted work orders, however, nothing has been done. I have left messages with the office and the calls are not returned. Is there a reason for work orders not being executed? I realize the ratio of work orders to maintenance staff may be challenging, but an update on the orders would be nice. I will be requesting carpet cleaning soon and would like to know a good working telephone number I may use to submit my request. I would like to have paint placed in the foyer (one of the requests) so I may paint before the carpet is shampooed. I really would appreciate feedback on these...
