I hope you are well! I wanted to make you all aware of our upcoming office schedule for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
Our offices will be closing tomorrow Wednesday 11/21 at 3pm. We will be closed the following day, Thursday 11/24 (Thanksgiving Day), and Friday 11/25.Our office will re-open for normal business hours Monday 11/26 from 1aam-6pm.
Please make sure to pick up any packages prior to 3pm tomorrow (Wednesday 11/21).
Should you experience any emergencies, we do have staff on call and available to assist you at any...

As a friendly reminder, our office closed today at 3:00 p.m., and will be re-opening tomorrow (November 1st) from 11am - 6pm.
Please know that our emergency maintenance team will be available and ready to assist for any issues that arie after our offices are closed. In order to reach our on-call technician, please call the office number at (407) 574-5300 and follow the prompts to leave a message for our maintenance team. Someone will call you back right away to schedule service for you!

Dear Bella Capri Residents,
On October 24, 2018, we will be returning to section 3 to finish striping the parking lot. The buildings will include 4894, 4928, 4900, & 4936.You will need to find alternate parking for the duration of this day until completed. Your vehicles will need to be moved no later than 7am the morning that work begins in your area. We ask that all residents, young children, and pets remain off the completed areas while they are drying.
We have attached a map showing section 3. These dates are subject to change depending on the weather during the week...
The sewage charges on the monthly bill continue to rise. An inquiry was made on this and it was determined that there are no leaks. Apparently, something is a little off. These charges are beginning to be astronomical.

Dear Bella Capri Residents,
Effective immediately, we will no longer be accepting rent and/or other monies in our drop box located outside of the leasing office. The drop box is only to be used for notices, signed documents, and after-hours key sets and/or fitness center fob returns. With the new PayLease payment system in place, there are many 24-hour payment options available including a new cash payment option! As always, you can continue to pay your rent in the leasing office via check or money order during our normal office hours of Monday – Friday, 11AM – 6PM.
I’ve been having problems with bugs for months now. I’ve submitted pest control requests and they came over a month ago, left sticky papers and nothing else then I submitted another one over a week ago and again they only put 2 sticky papers. I need the apartment to be treated in its entirety as a few pieces of paper is not treating the root of the problem.
