Graciela told me on Friday that the girl was bothering her on the bus.Friday and the girl called her the B word again and that she does not care about no contact conract that she will still beat the B. Then today she was harrasing my other daughter nellyann trying to provoke her. If my daughters have to fight this girl they better not be suspended I already did a police report, wrote to you asked for a no contact contract...

Your application for rent pay shows a pet fee... but not water... .im assuming the pet fee is for the water portion of our bill since it is paid to you not directly to AUM??? You never directly answer a question on this site, no one is ever really available to answer calls and your system does not make sense when calculating our billing.
I've been calling to talk to someone from the leasing office, when someone actually answers they don't have the information needed to service the residents. The lady at the leasing office supposedly took my info to have someone else call me and I've been waiting since 2pm to have my concerns answered and I haven't had any luck...

We are happy to inform that our front entrance gates have been repaired and are now in working order. We would like to advise that starting Monday, January 6, 2014 our gates will be closing at 6:00 PM and you will need your gate access card in order to enter our community.
