I am extremely pissed off with this complex. They are full of lies and I'm ready to get out of here as soon as possible. The manager has yet to call me back with several concerns and my AC has broken for the 20th time. Who ever that will be calling me !!! Please call with a solution...

Light Fixture in Bonus Room

Feedback Problem for Bella Capri

For the past 20 months I've been living in this apartment and twice I made my concern for the need of a light fixture in the bonus room with the previous owners. I finally decided to get my own fixture and yesterday I went to the office to ask If I could install it by myself or if maintenance had to do it. They told me that maintenance was in charge of doing that but they also told me that most likely the fixture would become property of McKinley. Which is a big surprise, a negative one at that. I have put a pest control request in evey Thursday since ive moved in (Dec2013)<br /> Ive had about 8 treatments<br /> Every week my appartment is sprayed and new traps are put down <br /> i dont understand how much longer this will take <br /> its obvious whatever has been done is not working<br /> Im never home when pestcontrol comes due to being at work so i can never talk with them <br /> And if this is a building issue and all the appartments are not being treated at the same time i dont see how there will be progress<br /> Every morning i wake...

I will ensure that I partner with the maintenance team and find out what we can do on our end to help resolve the matter. Sometimes its as easy as sealing a potential existing hole in your kitchen, which would eliminate a big majority.

I'm having the same issue and I don't understand how it got so bad. I've been living for almost 2 years and mt kitchen was bug free. Now I see them everywhere and I've had pest control come once and I requested another treatment last week and they haven't come.

I am more than PISSED off at this situation. I have been without a gate access key for over A WEEK!! 3 attempts have been made to rectify the situation and it's still not fixed. I'm highly disappointed to come home tonight after taking a nice BRISK walk to the gate from my apt to find that the damn key still DOESNT work!! This is beyond unacceptable. I call the office and I can't even leave a voicemail for the staff because the box is full. This is NOT the type of service which has people think about renewing. This seems like a issue for many people in the complex
I have a gate key yet when i come home from work around 7pm there is cars lined up parked in front of the gate and mail box so you can not pick up ur mail on ur way in because they dont have gate keys
the purpose of the gate is to provide safety so how do you no the person tailgating you when you enter the gate belongs in the complex?

I completely agree ladybug.. I'm sure someone thought that same thing when I had to tailgate someone in. It's a rough reality that while the gate is a nice touch, it does no justice because people who do not live in the complex can tailgate in if they cannot reach someone at the gate.

Just because I'm disgruntled over something you may not find a big deal, just put yourself into my shoes. My problem is your problem at the end of the day. Levi your great! Rent Payment

Ok so im suppose to move out February 8th thus my rent is suppose to be pro rated to then so why am I being charge a full months rent 661.00. I gave 60 days notice over 60 days ago i was told i would be contacted by the property manager never was I called numerous times finally spoke with a lue ann who said they did receive my 60 day notice and that month of February rent will be pro rated as i already knew so this needs to be fixed asap.
