good afternoon, my wife walk's in to you office a week ago cause we have a leak in A/C (the place where the filter is ) so it's being a week no One come to check on it, sometimes I feel that I have to speak Spanish or to be someone else to come to fix my issue, and that's not the first time that happen to me, and only me cause I know some people they just walk in to your office you respond right the way, last thing was when I have a problem with the stove I have to come to your office for more thane 20 days, I don't go to your office anymore cause you never come when we...

OFFICE HOURS

Announcement for Bella Capri

The office will be closed on Monday, September 2nd and Tuesday, September 3rd due to the incoming storm. We plan to re-open Wedenesday if weather permits.

The pool and fitness center will also remain closed through the duration of the storm. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please call 407-574-5300 with any maintenance emergencies through the weekend. Maintenance will not be available during the storm, but will be back just as soon as the storm has passed and it's safe to resume work.

Feedback Problem for Bella Capri

There is a strong bad smell of dead and decomposition animal in my bedroom that comes out of the attic, I have been sleeping outside the bedroom for two months, first because of the noise of the bats on the ceiling of the bedroom, waiting for the August 15 to kill them and now because they killed them when they closed the traps and the smell of dead animal is so strong that when I enter the room it make me nauseous. I spoke to you Wednesday August 28, you confirm the situation, thank you, I sent you emails yesterday and I left the closet empty thinking something will be done, I came from work...

Of course Mariana, nothing was done so if you can really take care of the situation of the bad smell you need to send someone to do their job and for once get rid of it. Don’t you think 3 months isn’t enough time for this management fix a situation?

Recently every work order l put in is being removed. It shows it's been updated on my email but l can't find it in my history. Actually I don’t know why the last order that is reflected is from 2018 even having more that five orders during this year and two from this week...

Hazardous electricity cables exposed

Feedback Question for Bella Capri

Thank you for fix the AC last Monday. Can someone now put the lid of the AC unit outside of the apartment back on before get lost, misplaced or used improperly ? Thought placing a service request and asked to the maintenance staff was enough.

Hello, I just wanted to inquire if anyone reported the gate pad that dials the numbers to get in not working?? I have had visitors that tried up to this morning and they were not able to get in -- please provide and update -- Thank you!
