Bom dia, o portão de saída do condomínio, novamente está com problemas e muitos carros estão entrando pela saída, o portão de trás do condomínio vive aberto, facilitando também a entrada de pessoas que não são moradoras, deixando assim, nosso condomínio, com falta de segurança.

Rent increase

Feedback Question for Bella Capri

I received a letter today regarding the hike in rent. I understand the cost of living constantly is increasing but my concern is that it increased by almost 100 dollars. I recently renewed my lease and I understand a 30 or 40 dollar increase but almost 100 dollars especially when the rent was just raised only a few months ago. I called the office with my concerns during normal business hours but there was no answer . How do I know if you will decide to do another 100 dollar price increase in another few months? Do I really want to be locked into a lease 200 more than the agreed upon price on...

Good morning and thank you for expressing your concern. I'm sorry we were not able to get to the phone yesterday to discuss this with you. We understand that the change this year was more more signifcant than in previous years. Our community adheres to rent and income limit amounts set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development which are published annually. Consequently, rental increases typically only occur once per year. If you feel your rent has increased more than once in the past few months I would be happy to look at this with you. If the rent is increasing then the complex should reflect that. There are lounge chairs/trash every day on the side of the office building, no security and yet this complex wants to charge more.

This carpet cause health problems to my kids.

I’ve been staying here for so long at least the management could get that old carpet change it’s make my children sick. The last time I spoke the Manager he said someone will stop by to check it out that’s was 6 months ago.This carpet can’t even wash anymore, the cabinets need be update. Now I have to start looking for another place even I can’t effort it.
