We sent out a letter yesterday letting everyone know that the water will be shut off today due to some repairs that need to be completed this Friday morning.

We should have all repairs done by 1:30 PM.

I would like to know why this is such a common occurrence. This is the third time in less than a month that the water has been shut off. Countless times since I’ve lived here. It’s harder to be patient when this happens so often.

Feedback Problem for Bella Capri

1. Small AC Vents in Kitchen, Hallway and Visitor's Bathroom need cleaning/painting. These vents are dirty and moldy. 2. New AC Filter. Please make sure the right size is installed. Last month we got a smaller one. 3. Porch Steel Bars need paint. An maintenance employee accidentally painted parts of it white while fixing the kitchen counter...

Water turned off at Bella Capri

Good afternoon residents of Bella Capri Apartment Homes,

We had a main water line break and had to shut off the water.

Unfortunately this is taking longer than we anticipated so we apologize for the inconvenience.

We were told by the plumber on site along with our maintenance tech that the water will be turned back on within the next hour.

Please accept our apologies and know that we are doing all we can for this to be resolved as soon as possible.

Is there any update on the water? It has now been 2 hours, and it seems there is an issue with the water main every two-three months! I’d like to take a shower and make dinner but I guess that won’t be an option tonight.

New Leasing Office Hours

Our leasing office hours at Bella Capri will change as of Thursday, September 19, 2019.

Our new hours will be Monday through Friday 12 PM to 5 PM.

If you have an emergency please call our leasing office to be transferred to our emergency on call service technician.

Disgusting smell in the apartment

Feedback Problem for Bella Capri

I have been waiting for three months and I still having strong smell of bats feces in the apartment. It’s always an excuse but at the end nothing have been done for the last 20 days. It’s not healthy to breathe that disgusting smell day after day. The manager and staff is good in giving us excuses and to send us letters to pay the rent on time.

good afternoon, my wife walk's in to you office a week ago cause we have a leak in A/C (the place where the filter is ) so it's being a week no One come to check on it, sometimes I feel that I have to speak Spanish or to be someone else to come to fix my issue, and that's not the first time that happen to me, and only me cause I know some people they just walk in to your office you respond right the way, last thing was when I have a problem with the stove I have to come to your office for more thane 20 days, I don't go to your office anymore cause you never come when we...
