URGENT!! December Rent Payments

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Dear Residents:

This is a friendly reminder that the 1st will fall on a Saturday for the month of December. With rent being due on a day the office is closed, please be prepared to bring your rent payment into the office before the close of business tomorrow, 11/30 or make arrangements to pay online to avoid paying late fees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however we cannot accept rent payments in the drop box for your own safety and security.

Dumpsters. Still.

There is still a lot of bulk items like furniture and mattresses at the dumpsters in the north lot. There is even a couch now directly in front of the northern most dumpster. This has been going on for weeks and the problem has just grown and grown

Good Morning,

 Our bulk pick up is Tuesday and I called them yesterday to find out why they are not picking up. I noticed when I left at the end of the day, they still had not been there. This is an ongoing problem with Wastepro. I will go down and speak to the supervisor again today and I apologize for the continued problem with the pick ups.

I understand that the corporate visit had to happen but I don't understand the need for pictures? I feel very uncomfortable that a man I didn't know was allowed to take pictures of my entire apt including my bedroom. Is this something that is going to happen regularly?...

This was very uneasy to me. There should be a waiver we sign for them to take pictures or to not take pictures of things like this. That feels like an invasion of my privacy.

Feedback Problem for Sun Pointe Lake

I wasn't going to complain for fear of in-person confrontation, but this is truly getting ridiculous. There is a group of people living on our floor (top floor, 1713) and they have truly trashed it. There is an old, sagging, rotting ottoman sitting in the hallway on which they can be found smoking and drinking at all hours of the day and night. There are always cigarettes/cigarette boxes all throughout the hallway and trash bags around their door/in other areas of the hall. One night around 2 AM we came home to find one of them SLEEPING shirtless in the hall surrounded by empty beer cans...

I live on the first floor of 1773 and as we were walking out the front of the building kids on the third floor on the left were dumping soda and other liquids over the balcony from their screen room then throwing the cans.they nearly hit my husband.Not sure where the parents were but there is a dumpster outside.They also continued even after they saw us and thought it was funny.

I was able to get a locksmith to change the locks, I will bring a key by the leasing office to bring the key. The work order can be cancelled . Thank you ☺️

Rent pay

Feedback Problem for Sun Pointe Lake

We paid our rent with money orders and my account says we owe $18.My daughter had two money orders.one for $1000 and the other for $18.00.Amscot money orders only go up to $1000 so the $18 was on another money order.She brought the two in together.Im not going to be charged $100 because somebody misplaced one of them.nor am I paying it again.

I received both of the money orders, and they have been processed. Our system can take up to 24 hours for payments and updates to reflect on your account. There was no money misplaced, and we certainly are not charging the late fee. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am happy to help!

Towing

Feedback Problem for Sun Pointe Lake

I would like to know why, when our vehicle has a parking sticker in the back window, was towed and your request? We park over by the dumpster to allow others to park out front. I can't reach anyone at the apartment and the towing company is closed until Monday. I need a reply ASAP and also want to know who is paying for the tow and when will my vehicle be back. This is ridiculous!!!...

  I am very sorry to hear that your vehicle got towed.  If you had a parking decal on your back window,  they should not have towed.  Was your vehicle backed into the spot?

 Universal towing is open 24 hours.  The phone number for them is

(386) 255-0203

 They are required to take photos of your vehicle and give you a legitimate reason for towing .

My sister borrowed our truck to move some furniture. When she returned it she must have backed it in. We were unaware as we seldom use the truck. This is going to cost us $231.50 cash. Could we have not received a warning. This is really ridiculous considering there are numerous vehicles here constantly parked overnight with no sticker in the back window. Once again we try to do everything we are supposed to and get penalized to the max while I can watch daily my neighbors leaving trash in the hallway until they feel it is time to take it down to the dumpster. I feel that this is very unfair that we are being charged this amount.

Let me 1st apologize for getting so upset. The towing company obviously is only looking for the easy picks because there are numerous vehicles in this lot that park after dark and have no visible sticker. Out truck was easy as it was backed in. If the lease is to be enforced strictly then it needs to be enforced for everyone.....trash in the halls, trash outside, junked up balconies, pushed out screens, disturbing noises and language and dog area not being cleaned by those using it. Fair is fair.

 Again, I am so sorry to hear about your vehicle being towed. Yes the tow company has the set lease rules and enforces them quite heavily as that is how they make their money. Pleas eknow that we do everything possible to ensure all residents are following the rules and we do all that we can to enforce those rules. We have been completing our building inspections and preventative maintenance over the past few weks and notices are going out to those that violate policies. If you ever have any concerns or issues on property, I encourage you to reach out to me so that we may resolve immediately. I will reach out to you shortly to discuss working with you on the towing issue. I know this must have been a huge inconvenience for you over the weekend and I sincerely apologize this happened. TRYING TO PAY MY WATER BILL

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE WAY OF PAYING RENT HAS CHANGE AND WE ARE NO LONGER DOING THE DROP BOX BUT BEFORE THIS CHANGE WAS MADE I HAD ALRADY MADE MY MONEY ORDER FOR THE WATER BILL. I UNDERSTAND THAT I CAN STILL PAY BY MONEY ORDER I JUST HAVE TO COME BY THE OFFICE AND GIVE IT TO YOU BUT ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS MAYBE A LITTLE LONGER I ALWAYS TRY TO GO TO THE OFFICE EARLY MORNINGS BECAUSE I THINK THAT WOULD BE THE BEST TIME TO CATCH SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GIVE YOU GUYS THE MONEY ORDER BECAUSE NO ONE IS EVER THERE.

 I apologize for any inconvenience on getting your water bill to us. Unfortuneately when staff is short we need to close the Sun Pointe Lake office. As the instructions state on the door, someone is always available at the Sun Pointe location located on Woodcrest Drive behind the Publix. We are open until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Both offices open at 10 a.m. If you would like, we would be happy to pick up your money order from you if scheduling is an issue. Please contact us at 386-253-2906 and we can arrange.
