URGENT!! December Rent Payments

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Dear Residents:

This is a friendly reminder that the 1st will fall on a Saturday for the month of December. With rent being due on a day the office is closed, please be prepared to bring your rent payment into the office before the close of business tomorrow, 11/30 or make arrangements to pay online to avoid paying late fees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however we cannot accept rent payments in the drop box for your own safety and security.

Security Concerns

Feedback Question for Sun Pointe

I have been noticing a couple of damaged cars parked within the apartment complex with windshields smashed in. I am not sure if they are connected or if it just happens to be a coincidence but I am concerned about the security within the complex, especially with respect to any possible vandalism or burglary happening in the parking lots.

Hi Bradley,

 I have been made aware of the few vandalism incidents. There have been no burglary reports or actual break ins. I have contacted law enforcement as I beleive it is an isolated incident/party of people. We will have patrol nightly to assist with security of the complex. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Laundry Units

Feedback Problem for Sun Pointe

The laundry units are absolutely ridiculously flawed and there is no doubt that they are wired to take as much money from you as they can. Washers are fine for the most part but the dryers are shot. I will put my clothes in the dryers and when the cycle is done after an hour they will come out just as damp as before. It's like I never put them in at all. I am NOT overloading the dryers and I'm not doing something incorrectly. Sometimes they work but there seems to be more problems with them than anything. A few weeks ago one of the dryers took my money but never spun after five...

 I apologize for the issues you are having with the laundry facilities. We had the company check and repair machines yesterday. If you have anymore issues, please let us know. We also requested the refund for you on money lost. We have that available at the Sun Pointe Leasing Office for you.

Any rent payments received after November 2nd will accrue a late fee of $100.00.

Feedback Problem for Sun Pointe

I have two herniated discs in my lower back, and it is a major struggle to walk more than 50 steps without needing a break. I live in the very end unit (1101), and multiple times I have had to park all the way down by the pool. I suggest one designated parking spot for each unit and a designated guest parking in the back by the pool. It should be doable.

URGENT! NEW Online Payment System!

Announcement for Multiple Communities

Good Morning Residents:

We are excited to announce a new online rent payment system called PayLease! We believe this system is more reliable, easier to use, and offers more options for you to pay your rent. The new system will be available today September 26, 2018. A flyer will be posted on your door today as well with instructions on how to register for this new system. There is a typo on this flyer referring to "August" rent. Please disregard this. We are rolling the system out for October rent.

Also, please be aware that we will no longer be accepting rent payments in...

I don't like that in order to pay online you have to register for credit reporting.It says you may opt out at any time.The only way to opt out would probably be to pay in office which is a hassle.

NOT SURE question was answered....why do we have a pool attendant to enforce rules and they are not being applied..Your pool attendant was at the pool while party of 20 people was going on. Meaning he allowed it to go on all afternoon. So my question is who do rules apply to???

The pool empolyees don't do their job at all. They don't check if the people are residents. They sit in the gazebo area for an hour on their phones. Today, their was another non resident at the pool today and guess what no pool attendant again. The pool attendant shows up at 5pm then looks at the pool and leaves. Clearly, these people don't care due to the fact they don't leave here. Also, homeless people are no swimming in our pool and using the laundry room. The pool and jacuzzi is absolutely gross.This place has gone down hill. Its a shame.

 I have counseled the pool attendants and voiced the concern of checking people at all times. We are very concerned about the growing homeless situation as well and we are trying to get police involvement to resolve. Please contact me directly with any more concerns or problems on the property while we are away so that we can follow up on them.

The pool attendant was sleeping in the gazebo today which I have a photo of. Also, the issue I talked you about in the office couple of time is still occuring . You told me you resolved it , but I don't see any progress. Can you please call me and updated me on this issue? Thank you.

Who do the rules apply to??

Feedback Problem for Sun Pointe

When you first hired a pool monitor I thought it was great. Pool rules will finally be enforced. No more homeless people bathing in pool. No non residents. No big parties. Wishful thinking. Nothing has changed still see homeless in the pool area under gazebo charging phones all hrs of the night. Very scary. Call cops and it takes hrs for them to get here. Still see non residents using pool. Large parties out of control this one over the weekend will be the third party of over 25 people. Seems to have gotten worse over the last couple years. What really is disappointing was seeing the pool...

Good Morning Dawn,

 I am sorry to hear about your frustrations. I spoke to the pool monitor yesterday and he informed me of the activity at the pool.and that he had a conversation with you. I was unaware that there was any major issues and will discuss with him today. I have contacted local authorities several times about the escalating homeless situation in our area. It is my understanding that they are in the pavillion area in the early mornings while no staff is onsite. I am attempting to get some patrols during these hours. I am also looking into getting the property marked as a trespass arrest site. I appreciate your feedback on the concerns you have. We will do our best to turn these things around.

Every time I try to cook anything, whether it is in the over or on the stove top, my smoke detectors go off, even when no smoke is visible.
