Urgent!! Building hot water shut down

Attention; Residents in Buildings 3,4 and 5;

Due to an emergency shut down on our boiler system, our hot water will be turned off for approximately 3 hours. We have a vendor dilegently working too restore within this time frame.

Reminder To All Pet Owners

Good Afternoon,

Here at Sun Pointe, it's no secret that we love our furry four-legged family members! However, we have noticed around the community that there has been a lot of evidence that the dogs are not being cleaned up after.

Please remember that it is a requirement to remove any pet waste at the time that it occurs. There are stations throughout the community that provides bags and trash cans to makes this easier. Any residents found not cleaning up after their pets will be assessed a $25 fee per occurrence.

There is a brown sofa by the dumpster which been there for a long time now. When will someone put it in the dumpster so it can be gone already. I called the office to complain and it's still there...

Security Concerns

Feedback Question for Sun Pointe

I have been noticing a couple of damaged cars parked within the apartment complex with windshields smashed in. I am not sure if they are connected or if it just happens to be a coincidence but I am concerned about the security within the complex, especially with respect to any possible vandalism or burglary happening in the parking lots.

Hi Bradley,

 I have been made aware of the few vandalism incidents. There have been no burglary reports or actual break ins. I have contacted law enforcement as I beleive it is an isolated incident/party of people. We will have patrol nightly to assist with security of the complex. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Laundry Units

Feedback Problem for Sun Pointe

The laundry units are absolutely ridiculously flawed and there is no doubt that they are wired to take as much money from you as they can. Washers are fine for the most part but the dryers are shot. I will put my clothes in the dryers and when the cycle is done after an hour they will come out just as damp as before. It's like I never put them in at all. I am NOT overloading the dryers and I'm not doing something incorrectly. Sometimes they work but there seems to be more problems with them than anything. A few weeks ago one of the dryers took my money but never spun after five...

 I apologize for the issues you are having with the laundry facilities. We had the company check and repair machines yesterday. If you have anymore issues, please let us know. We also requested the refund for you on money lost. We have that available at the Sun Pointe Leasing Office for you.

The bottom dryer is broken again. It runs but does NOT dry. The mechanism where you put your card comes out completely when you put your card in and pull it out on the top left dryer.
