Every morning there are a few kids waiting for bus 312 that are fighting with other kids, pushing, punching yelling and insulting other kids and **parents** using extremely inappropriate vulgar words in a demeaning and mocking manner. Their loud and boisterous behavior is disturbing others in the community including residents that live near the bus stop, other kids and parents. These kids are unsupervised while waiting for the bus and throughout the comunity very often. No one, including other children, should be exposed to such violent and vulgar environment in their own community. There are...
Thank you Karen, Any resident with a concern and firsthand knowledge of inappropriate or disruptive behavior by another resident or guest of a resident can make complaint in this office and is encouraged to do so. Disruptive behavior is contradictory to our community policy and complaints of such are taken in a quiet and confidential manner where they are documented and acted on appropriately. When making complaint, it is most beneficial to have specific times and dates of the offending behavior. Violent behavior should be reported to law enforcement authorities right away. Officers will investigate and act accordingly.
Thank you again for your post, Randy, Community Manager
Please do something about the entrance/exit by building 40 and 42. People seem to not want to drive the correct way. ONE WAY! I have argued several times with violators and have had to dodge a few accidents. This is ridiculous. It's time McKinley takes charge. Please add One-Way traffic spikes for parking lots or something...
Vanessa, Thank you for this posting! I'm looking into help from the City of Clearwater for traffic control since this has become a safety issue. I want to remind all residents that our one way street signs should be adhered to for the safety of everyone. Thank you again, Randy, Community Manager

Dear Turnbury Residents! Please be aware that coyotes have been spotted in the immediate area. Be careful of allowing small pets outside, especially cats and watch small dogs even while on leashes.
Report any coyotes to local authorizes and please let this office know too so we can relay that information to all residents. As always, children should be accompanied by an adult anytime they are outside.
Anyone else experiencing excessive interior condensation on all of the inside windows? I'm on the ground level, it's been dry for several days, and the inside of all of my windows is wet. Mold is beginning to grow on my furniture. I'm fairly new to the area. Is this normal?...
Hello Diana, I'm sorry that I wasn't able to reach you by phone today and don't appear to have your new number.
I have sent a personal email to you to discuss further and look forward to helping you with this issue. Most Sincerely, Randy, Community Manager

My cell phone is best, 703 969 5509, but where I work I have limited access to it (as in zero until around 8:30pm)

I did laundry yesterday and fortunately had a little money on my card. I tried to add more, but apparently it does not take debit cards? This will be a huge problem for me as I do not have a credit card. Is there any way to fix this? If not I'm stuck with a lot of dirty clothes.

Run your debit card as credit and it'll work. The debit choice doesn't work at any of those machines, near as I can tell.
Hello. I just want to let everyone know of a possible hazard. Back in October I took a nasty fall over a parking stopper. It is placed over a spot that is yellowed out for no parking. Just an FYI so know one else trips over it. It's on the right side parking area a little past the dog park...
Hello Teresa! Thank you for your post - It was nice to speak to you today. Please let me know if there is anything that I can assist with and I'll be happy to help! Have a great evening! Sincerely, Randy, Community Manager
1. The laundry-room door on building 14 has been the target of the sort of people we don't need in this community for quite some time now. The original handle has been broken off more than once, and recently, the maintenance folks screwed in a regular round doorknob... which has now also been ripped off the door. It never fails that someone in this zoo will show disrespect to someone else's stuff. But that's a community issue. (And, oh, yeah, two dryers aren't working at all.) I don't think these are issues at the other laundry rooms, just this one, since the others...
Hello Doug, I'm so sorry to hear about your car. My applogies for not being able to contact you today but let's discuss this in person at your earliest convenience. Thank you and I look forward to speaking to you. Sincerely, Randy, Community Manager

Dear Turnbury Residents,
The Turnbury office will be closing at 3:00 p.m. on New Years Eve, December 31st through January 1st, re-opening on the 2nd for regular business hours. We will have emergency service for residents in need during the holidays. Please call our regular phone number at 727-712-1692 and follow the prompts. Our entire Team wishes all our Residents a Very Happy and Safe New Year!
Sincerely, Randy, Gregg, Jasmine, Carlos, Vicky and Sharon!
I have noticed I have not received my monthly statement in the mail for my rent bill this month. Last month it came two days before it was due. Not sure if this is due to the holidays or what is going on. I have checked online and it's there, but there's no billing for the utilities in this months bill...
I am very sorry that this has happened that last 2 months, we do believe it is because of the holiday. If you would like to stop by the office or give me a call I can give you your total due include the utilities. I can also print you out your statement if you would like. Please just let me know!
Thank you so much!
