Temporary AC shut off in D,E,F,G Courtyard

Dear Residents:

The Chiller system in the DEFG courtyard is currently down.  We are working on getting this fixed and should be resolved by the end of the day today.  We apologize for any incovenience this may cause and we thank you for your patience. Temporary Water Shut Off

We will be conducting routine maintenance to the water lines on Friday January 6th. We will be shutting off the water on the entire complex from 10 am to 1 pm.

These repairs should be completed within the specified time frame.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding.

H, I, J and K courtyard Hot Water update

We would like to thank the residents of the H, I, J and K courtyard for their patience during the repair of the Heat Exchanger in this courtyard this evening.  Our team has been on site with the help of our vendors to get the Hot Water turned back on as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to repair the exchanger tonight and will need to order a replacement. We are working with our vendors to install the replacement exchanger tomorrow as quickly as we can get the part in.
We appreciate your continued patience and understand your concerns.  We are doing everything we can to get this replacement part installed and provide you with hot water.  As we receive additional information on when the repair will be completed we will be communicating this to everyone. Thank you.

Gas Line Repairs

Dear Monterey Lake Residents:

Tomorrow, November 17, TECO will be performing a repair on the gas lines near our community.  The boilers and chillers will not be operable during the hours of 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM.  This will affect your ability to have warm water and air conditioning.  I apologize for your inconvenience.  If you have any questions, please contact us in the leasing office.

Fall Festival!

Monterey Lake Apartments would like to invite you to our Fall Festival
 

Please join us for an evening of fun for everyone. We will be hosting some fun events and home baked goodies!

1. Costume Contest-All ages are welcome to enter our costume contest. We will have 4 different age groups for our winners.

2. Pumpkin Decorating contest for our children 12 and under. We will supply the materials and they can take their pumpkin home

3. A Pumpkin Carving contest for our adult residents. To enter the Pumpkin Carving Contest you must bring your pumpkin already carved to the Leasing Office by 5pm on October 26, 2011

4. We will also have Face Painters for all to enjoy. There will be plenty of SWEET TREATS for everyone to enjoy.

Please join us on Wednesday October 26, 2011 from 4-7pm at the Leasing Office for a lot of FUN!

On the back of the flyer delivered to your doors today is sign to be placed on your door on October 31, 2011 if you would like Trick Or Treaters to come to your door. Trick or Treating is allowed only from 6-9pm.

Pest Control Date Change

The Pest Control Day will change for the first week of October only.  On October 3, 2011 we will not have pest control service as scheduled.  Instead the date will be changed  to Ocotober 4, 2011.  Normal pest control schedule will resume on October 10, 2011.
